Every time I send 123digitizing a picture of something I would like in an HUS format they are very willing to help me out. They will redo the item if it does not stitch out properly. They provide advice to help with if issues arise. They will make sure that I am happy with the product that they send my way. They are quick to respond to an email and they usually have the item sent out in short order. The cost is appropriate for the amount of work that they put into it. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making a customer happy with the product.

Sunny and his staff at 123digitizing are the best digitizers I have used in my 22 years in the industry. They use innovative stitch angles and varying directions to create texture. Seldom do they use auto stitch to fill large areas which just packs stitches under the top stitches and can lead to potato chipping. They are generous with their industry knowledge and will help you produce excellent quality work every time!
