Moved to new apartment and i didn't expect it to be dirty and have spiders/cobwebs in so many places! I only had 3 days to move in before I had to start work and tried to find a cleaning service to come out within those days, every place I called were booked even s&j cleaning too but!! They were able to get someone in my time of need and they did a great job for my move-in clean.

We have used S & J for over 10 years. They have always done a great job and leave our house looking perfect. We have also used them for special large clean-ups and I have always been impressed with their speed, efficiency and attention to detail. Bonus points that the crews also like my dog.

Had the S&J Team complete a one time, deep cleaning of our newly purchased home. Team was early to appointment, complete and efficient. Appreciate Sergio's help setting up the appointment via Yelp, even when he was out of town. Went the extra mile to take care of our schedule for late afternoon on the day we closed. Would use in the future for cleaning needs.

The entire team at S&J are fantastic. I inquired online about cleaning my apartment after moving out. I had a very prompt reply back with a very accurate estimate from Mr. Herrera. My appointment was scheduled within a few days of my initial call. The team that came out for cleaning was very friendly, on time and incredibly efficient. Above all they did a fantastic job. We wanted to schedule a regular cleaning service with S & J. This required us to do first a deep cleaning visit. I was surprised by the unprofessionalism for their very first deep clean visit. The first visit cost us 9+ man hours @45$/hour for a typical moderate sized house. At the end there were many surfaces left dusty, counter tops not wiped clean. Things were left disorganized (e.g. our Japanese floor seating mattress on top of couch, dustbin on top of a desk in kids room, and other stuff left in a disarray). The team was in a rush to get to the next job. After this deep clean" we decided not to continue their service even though we paid hefty first visit charges. My past cleaners have done an amazing job

S and J was recommended to me by the previous homeowners when we moved to Ann Arbor. The service is very easy to work with providing electronic reminders and confirmation of when the cleaning team will come each time. The ladies who clean our home are very efficient, courteous and trustworthy. I work from home and they are flexible in working around our schedule when they arrive. The house always looks great after they have finished.

Our schedule for the cleaning of our house was around 10am. The two person team came at 9:30. After discussing with my wife they started working on the bathrooms, kitchen and hardwood floors. I have to say, they were wonderful and very professional. They brought their own cleaning supplies and equipment. As embarrassing as it is one of the cleaners spent a lot of time in the bathroom. My wife wasn't sure they were going to get to the hardwood floors, but they assured her they would. At the end, everything was clean, appliances, bathroom, floors and they did a wonderful job. My wife was very impressed with their professionalism, their timeliness and their work ethic. She is very happy with the results. We will HIGHLY Recommend S&J and will schedule at the very least a once a month cleaning. Thank you S&J for a wonderful job!!

S & J did a fantastic job cleaning my home today. It was my first home cleaning, so I have nothing to compare it to but my house is sparkling. A few things to know about this company:1) They are local which is awesome!2) You do have to provide cleaning supplies, bucket, and rags but they bring their own vacuums and additional rags to use if needed.3) They sent two ladies to come clean our 1800 sq. foot home and it took exactly 3 hours. They worked their tail offs. I was home the entire time. They were self motivated and really just went for it. It was good I was around to show them where to find our garbage bags and I had a few minor cleaning requests that they followed no problem.They even recommended a couple of cleaning supplies that will work better than what I provided for next time :)But overall, as a mom with no time, having them come today was wonderful. We will definitely hire again.

We used S and J Cleaning to clean our large building during a temporary project that we were doing in Ypsilanti, MI. Sergio was very professional and accommodating to our needs, along with very flexible with our schedule. Every one of the people on his cleaning crew was very friendly and they did an amazing job every single time. I would highly recommend them.
