So I met with ARS last week to discuss their response time. Their team is very professional and have impressive and wide-ranging experience in disaster recovery. But what I was actually most impressed with was their mobile app - I can submit incident reports directly from my phone! This will be a great tool for my company to be able to easily report any issues and get an immediate response to an incident. Thank you for what has thus far been a very painless experience!

ARS did my condo restoration work. I considered ARS work to be with great skilled workers and nice finishing but a independent contractor does work in much better way, cleanliness and finishing. Though ARS charges heavy for its services but the quality of work is not worth that amount. After reminding PM to finish some of the pending work, they just try to cover few holes just by a coat of paint on dry wall and they are still clearly visible. I would suggest an independent contractor who does the job with much more skills and upto your satisfaction.

I have now used ARS both personally and proffesionally and I cannot say enough about the work that they do. The 1 hour response time is no joke, and the team is amazing. I have had Andy Goetz at both occurrences, and I was put at ease, with the job done right both times. When they came to my home after the fire, Andy, Cory and Kevin made me feel so much more comfortable in a situation that can be one of a home owners worst nightmare. The Access Restoration disaster recovery team attended to the damage in a Toronto east end shopping centre after a fire. The water and smoke damage affected so many businesses in the mall. The ARS recovery team did an amazing job in the clean up. They knew exactly what they had to do and did it well.
