Great Service and staff knowledge! I was here to replace some failed kitchen lighting. The staff immediately knew what the problem was, was aware that the manufacturer of my LED light was out of business and had a solution on hand. Very proactive staff - they ordered a part and had it in the store for pickup same-day. Absolutely outstanding service with a smile. Highly recommend the service provided here.Other than my top notch service experience, the store is well-light (no pun intended) and has tons of tasteful and quality merchandise on hand. well worth dropping by for any kitchen/bathroom/lighting questions or items. Thanks again!

Yesterday, Ed Sabour spent an hour with my wife and I patiently, and expertly, helping us find the best lamp for our new bathroom. This store has a ton of bathroom lamps so knowing how to navigate the store plus brainstorm some of our challenges was most appreciated. He never made us feel rushed or that any of our questions or concerns were superfluous. In the end, what we liked best happened to not inexpensive plus was on a sale -- and he was happy for us. He even showed us four different kinds of bulbs to allow us to choose one best for us! They then wrapped everything really well for us to carry out. What a great experience. I noted they had won a Consumers' Award and I see why.

Raf is the best support person you could ever have!I have been buying my plumbing products from him for 20 years and today he solved a problem (without fee) that would have taken me a day to fix re my kitchen sink repair. He always answers my questions immediately and with an expertise that I rarely find (and he always remembers my name even with thousands of customers). The salesperson was great, however the delivery was not so much. Delivery is $50. so I e peut it to be into my apt. Salesperson said it would be, however the delivery man was hesitant saying it’s usually only to the garage, surely this is not the first condo they’ve delivered to. He then agreed after I made a fuss and he proceeded to complain about the owners being cheap, how he only makes minimum wage etc….and also does the cleaning. He brought it into the apt and just dropped it off, not where I wanted it. I will not refer anyone to this store if they need delivery! Usually I give a tip, but I was completely turned off!

Staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. Came in for a specialized bulb for under the cabinet lighting in the kitchen and they were able to sort out exactly what I needed and gave me the proper colour of bulb too! The guy serving was super friendly and very personable. I recommend this for any electrical you need. They knew I knew nothing about electrical and made it so easy to communicate on what I was looking for. Thank you!

Just wanted to send a shout out to the team here for the excellent service. I had never been before, but these past two weeks I went twice, ultimately purchasing our dining room light. The team was so attentive to all my questions and were super helpful! It had a friendly vibe the moment I walked in. Ed was our main attendant and he was so genuine and kind and insightful. I am happy to support local teams, especially when they are so great! Thank you, I'll definitely be back again!

We were having trouble finding light fixtures for our adjoining living room and dining room. It feels like we went to every lighting store in Ottawa. I’m so grateful we walked into the EP Store on Ogilvie when Huthyfa Aldebs was working. Is it too much to say he is our hero? Because he is. Most salespeople ignored us in the many other stores we visited but he asked us questions about our space and our style and out of thousands of lamps was able to recommend amazing contenders within minutes. We just got the lamps installed and couldn’t be happier. He seriously has made a lasting mark on our home and we are so appreciative for his help. Cannot recommend him highly enough!
