I had the best experience with Optimum! Marc-André got in touch with me the same day I called requesting an estimate for an installation of skylights. He came out soon after, inspected my roof, took photos, gave me his suggestions on what was needed, and gave me a more than fair estimate! He was very patient with me and took his time answering all of my questions. A few days later, Marc-André and his team showed up and did a fantastic job within the promised time (very efficiently I might add). I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them without hesitation!

Marc and his team did a great job on our roof. They replaced a damaged attic fan, replaced damaged/missing shingles, sealed areas. They were also straightforward to work with. They came out quickly to inspect the roof and give me an estimate. Once I accepted the estimate, the work was completed very promptly and efficiently!

I called them because my roof was damaged, and Marc-André was a pleasure to deal with. He and his team did a fantastic job repairing my roof and fixing the roof ventilation. Marc-André and his crew showed exceptional professionalism during the process, and I am 100% satisfied with the work. My roof and ventilation were fixed, and the area around my house was clean as a whistle after he finished. The most important thing is that my family was happy!

Been trying to reach Marc Andre for months now. They had added a ridge vent to our roof 2 years back. It’s not something you should have in cold climates as they get blocked in the winter. Therefore there is no ventilation in the attic during the cold months. His team did remove the ridge vent and added a seal a ridge and added two maximums. However, the seal a ridge job is so poorly done that it has gaps and not properly sealed and leaks when it rains. I’m making this review as I tried calling him for months now to come fix the issue and there is zero response.

I spoke to Marc-André, who assisted me in getting quotes for roof insulation and repairing services and was able to do the work within days. They addressed the issues I had the following day and answered my questions relating to the work done, which helped me understand all the insulation details. I would use them again and recommend them to others!

Marc André was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process, he also offered good quality materials and a guarantee for our peace of mind. The job was executed promptly and the work was done in a single day.Generally speaking the quality of the final job was good although détails were missing and had to call to get minor fixes, including properly covering outstanding nails.

Cannot reach them after the work was done, per the contract we should have received the GAF warranty copy 60 days after the completion of the work. 8 months later still nothing. Called GAF and they said the warranty was not registered with them!! Be very very careful
