Vickie, the owner of the salon is exceptional. I had a little bit of an issue but she fixed the problem immediately and very professionally. She truly cares about her customers and did everything she could to make me happy. Great customer service!

I saw Melissa and asked her if she was willing to put extensions in an overgrown pixie cut. Several other places turned me down and said it was impossible but Melissa was willing (and eager!) to try. With help from Amy we spent a few good hours in the salon and the results were beautiful! So very glad I don't have to wait years for long hair and I'm grateful to Salon Gloss for giving it a go! I'll be back in a few months for touch ups!

Fantastic service from Vickie and amazing hair cut! My only comment is I was surprised to see a sign at the front stating masks aren't mandatory, when I was sure they have been in salons since reopening in 2020? Everyone was wearing them though and I can't wait to go back.

Love love love this salon! I’ve gotten a cut and balayage service there twice now and am super happy with how great they make my hair look. The staff are all super friendly and my stylist Shelley is wonderful. She takes her time to make sure my hair is how I want it and has a fantastic eye for detail. I will definitely keep coming back to this salon for years to come.

I don't normally rate salons, but my Naomi did such a wonderful job. It was my first time at this salon. I have naturally very dark hair and had bleached it 6 months ago and my roots were growing out terribly and was very damaged. I was going to get another bleach out but stylist Naomi warned me of the risks. Instead she did foils, and it turnt out 100% better, she was still able to get my dark hair to the level and colour of blonde I've been dying to get to for years without any orange or damage for a great price. My hair feels healthier than it has in a while :)

It took me far too long to write this review! Jana is so awesome, she got me in for a bridal style very last minute when my own stylist cancelled on me. Not only did she move her appointments around to fit me in on the day of my wedding but she did a beautiful job and was so kind and caring. Thank you, Jana! I am so appreciative for your help!

i have never written a review on anything before but i was so eager to go home and write one up for Kristy because she was so amazing. this was my first time ever going to a salon and Kristy made me feel very comfortable and made sure i knew what was going on. she was willing to answer any question i had and she was very honest about outcomes. she listened and did such an amazing job. not to mention great vibes and customer service. go to Kristy for hair colouring !!!
