Just had my hair done by a junior stylist and it was absolutely awful. Was told it would be looked over by a senior stylist at the end and it never was. Got hit in the head by the brush and hair dryer numerous times, didn’t even apologize, “thinned” out my hair at the very bottom not middle or top like a normal thinning, she asked me which tool to use for thinning hair out, like I don’t know? I’m not the hairstylist? She didn’t understand what it meant when asking for wispy ends. Asked for a loose curl and she didn’t even know what that was and gave me beach waves instead of curls and took AN HOUR to blow dry my hair, I have never ever had it take more than 20 minutes. $60 for that??? No one bothered to reach out in regards to the horrible service either, won’t ever be wasting my money on this place again and won’t be recommending that anyone goes here either

I have been sticking with Taylor since I started and I couldn’t be happier. She is the most warm and sweet person, and of course she does an amazing job each time she does my hair. I ask for her honest opinion on how to get my hair to the desired colour and every time she surpasses my expectations. If you’re looking for a stylist who is going to be looking out for you and your hairs best interest then I highly recommend Taylor!

This place is great. There are enough staff toActually get you in fine hair treatments in the same day. My daughter goes here and they treat her like gold especially Chantal! Keep up the great work! The are covid friendly and always clean.

Saw Julia 4 times for a color correction & she assured me that she could fix my hair. After almost getting my grey roots blended in by bleaching my hair she added darker streaks which bled into the white portions & now I look exactly the way I looked when I came in to Chatters. $1200 later, with my hair more ruined than it originally was and my hair still looks horrible! Worse experience of my life and I strongly do not recommend this salon! 1st photo is how my hair looks now and 2nd photo is what my hair looked like and what I wanted again

Super kind, as a trans man I always get nervous going into a new hair salons but my stylist made me feel comfy. I got a great cut and it was fast too! Happy holidays

Chantelle is the bees knees!!! She is my regular hair stylist and most recently she's doing mine and my girls updos for my wedding! She's always listens to what I want and consistently delivers. I only ever go to one hair stylist, I never hop around so it's rare I can trust someone. She is always extremely personable and goes the extra mile for me as a client!

Love this salon! Angela is an amazing and skilled stylist who always makes me look and feel fantastic. The reception staff are always wonderfully friendly and professional.

Chantel was so amazing! Fit me in for a full color correction and tone in the same day that I walked in asking for hair products. I usually do my own hair at home but will absolutely be using their services again. Sitting here writing the review still in her chair and happy as a plum! Thank you!

The best service I have had! Juliana is a wonderful person and I always feel comfortable when she does my wax!
