Enriched Med Spa is next level! If you want a professional experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, this is the place for you! The facility is both beautiful and clean! The staff is super friendly and you’re treated like royalty! The equipment they use to treat you are honestly top of the line! I was blown away by this place! 10/10 Highly recommended!

The staff at Enriched Med Spa are so nice and friendly. They always greet you with a smile. The spa is gorgeous and clean. I love that this spa never tries to sell you anything. I’ve been to spas before where they try to sell you certain products or tell you to try certain services they offer but Enriched is nothing like that. And their sales are amazing. I pre purchased Botox units when they were on sale and loved the fact that there was no expiry on how long I had to use them by.

I can't rave enough about Enriched Med Spa! I found them on google a few years back and honestly was so mad I hadn't found them sooner! the entire staff is incredible! all of them truly care about you and your skin and are not about upselling or overselling to try to make an extra buck. each treatment is performed with absolute care by all of the staff. richel, the owner is just amazing. I cannot rave enough about her commitment to her clients and staff!I'm so grateful for this team!

I don’t ever take the time to write reviews of establishments I go to but really felt the need to write one for this business. I have been coming to enriched med spa for the last 2 years. I have always had positive experiences with the girls there. But this one was different and I will definitely not be returning. On Monday May 8th I had booked both a facial and laser hair removal and had taken the day off work to attend the appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by one of the girls who was going to complete my treatment (which I had a consultation for two weeks prior). I believe Jacqueline was her name. She was rude and hostile from the beginning. After changing into the outfit that was provided she began interrogating me with questions and reasons why she couldn’t complete the treatment. Her first excuse was that I didn’t shave. I explained that it was not possible to shave as I had completed 8 sessions of laser prior to my pregnancy (which I had explained in the 30 minute consultation with the other tech two weeks prior), I didn’t have much hair left and was just looking for a touch up. Possible another 3-4 sessions to complete the treatment as I had some unwanted hair left. She began rudely asking what the need is for laser and this went back and forth for 15 mins before I decided we couldn’t continue. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. People always go for laser touch ups to remove unwanted Re growth, I really didn’t understand the issue. I went to the front desk to ask the girls to cancel my appointments and she had clearly been briefed by Jacqueline and continued to harass me with reasons they couldn’t do the treatment which again didn’t make sense. They stated that if I had shaved (didn’t tell me I had to in my consultation) they would be able to do the treatment (again I don’t have much hair to shave and would be cutting skin) but at the same time they felt I didn’t need to do the treatment. I would have been okay with a reasonable explanation but can not deal with rude and uneducated responses. I would have also appreciated if they would have saved me the time and told me they could not do the treatment in my initial consultation. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning and would recommend other more reputable clinics in the area. There is no shortage of them.

Today was my first time trying a Med Spa that wasn’t a chain business and Nicole was amazing. I got a lip flip and a filler consultation and she was so patient explaining everything to me knowing I wasn’t ready to go forth with it just yet but wanted to make sure I was educated to feel best in my decisions. Most importantly— NOBODY TRIED TO UPSELL ME. Super happy!

Once you’re here, your only regret is that you didn’t come here sooner.First of all, I’ve been to different med spas all around the GTA and THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE that I trust with my face. Hands down!!! I’m so particular and so picky when it comes to anything regarding my face. I have high standards when it comes to a med spa and I’m very hard to impress. Knowing this, each time I’ve walked though Enriched’s doors, I’ve consistently had amazing results, amazing treatments, and an overall amazing experience. It’s a gorgeous place and very clean, which is extremely important to me. It has a quiet and relaxed ambiance. These facials are fantastic and have transformed my skin from dull to glowing and glass-like. Every time I get these facials, I get tons of compliments. I’ve had facials done by Paulina, Julia, Melania, and Jenn, and I’ve been incredibly happy with all of them. They are so lovely, and they are incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. They are very gentle when they do the facials, and I’m consistently pleased with the results at the end. I feel so pampered afterwards. As for my injections (Botox and fillers) I’ve been going to Richel for several years, and I truly love how she makes me look refreshed and beautiful, and not fake and overly done. Richel understands that I want to look natural, and she always delivers. To top of that, she’s an absolute sweetheart who is incredibly passionate about her job and dedicated to providing the best results to all her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy at the end of all my treatments.Overall ImpressionI am beyond THRILLED with how much my skin has improved since coming here. I have been going to Enriched Med Spa for my botox for over two years. Richel always does an amazing job, I always look natural but like a slightly upgraded version of myself. Recently I decided after many years of contemplation to get lip filler. I was incredibly nervous but Richel made me feel so comfortable from beginning to end of my appointment. I can not imagine going anywhere else or trusting anyone else with my face!

I just wanted to let you know that I was beyond impressed with your service. From my initial consultation with Richel about the service I had in mind and then the actual day of the appointment with Nicole as well as the follow up appointment. Everyone was so professional and so kind.
