I like this gym good equipment sporting staff the only thing is I signed up online thinking they were 24/7 gym. But they are only 24/4 gym which leaves me with 2 days where I cannot go to the gym wish they would resolve as all other GoodLife locations are 24/7

The one star is for the staff. Wish i could give you more. They are great and the gym is clean.Zero stars for goodlife. Ten years ago this was a great gym, but times have changed, and NOTHING has changed here- except removing the stanky carpet in the changeroom.YOU FEEL WORSE WHEN YOU GET OUT OF THE MASSAGE CHAIRS THAN WHEN YOU GOT IN. SERIOUSLY GOODLIFE, INVEST!!!No towel service, still, even though I pay for it? It requires a small renovation to put in some facilities. Stop making excuses.5 o'clock closing on weekends??????SERIOUSLY???No dividers even in the showers???YOU DONT EVEN HAVE YOGA ANYMORE???In conclusion, don't waste your money here. Go to fit4less. You get the exact same service and better hours for a fraction of the price.Goodlife, you should be ashamed of yourselves for this abysmal failure in maintaining a standard service across your facilities.

Dropped in here for a week during our summer vacation in Grimsey. My wife and I both loved it. Good equipment, up-to-date, and clean facility.

I love Kristy, the gym community at Grimsby and the staff BUT I wouldn’t recommend this location. $90+ a month for bare bones is a complete joke at this location. As soon as a better gym comes to the area this one is bound to go under. It realizes that there is no competition in the area and corporate neglects it for that reason. If you walked in 10 years ago you would see the exact same look and equipment. My problems with the gym are as followed:1) You pay the ultimate membership so you can do the classes, yet, you get none of the amenities that are offered at other GoodLife locations except the ability to go to other locations. There is no steam room, no hot yoga, no towel service, no turf, no tanning, no swimming pool, no cold plunge, no squash, no hot tub. ETC. NOTHING JUST THE SAUNA THAT….is frequently down. Currently, it’s the only amenity offered and majority of the time you cant use it and the typically it’s a minor fix (like a wobbly bench) and it takes forever to fix because corporate could care less about this location.2) If you’re trying to do a yoga class, and you don’t sign up 2-3 days in advance, GOODLUCK! It’s sad how there is very minimal yoga offerings and the class is full 2 days in advance. Maybe an idea would be to make two time slots for the same day? They try and be as cheap as possible, its pathetic you pay for the classes but it’s always full and your constantly on a waitlist.3) Machines that break, stay broken for weeks or months. There is just 3 squat racks and you constantly have to wait for them. There is no new machines keeping up with the times just basics.4) it’s supposed to be 24/7 but it never is. Weekends have been closing at 5P.M., I think now it’s 7pm but it’s just false advertising that it’s a 24/7 gym because it’s not.5) Like others mentioned the men’s bathrooms are always dirty and it’s one big communal shower which seems odd.I could go on more about the cons of this place but the reality is locations like StoneChurch make you realize how pathetic this Grimsby gym location is and how terrible of a value your getting for your money.

This gym is really awesome! It’s nice and quiet and well laid out. I also did some personal training. Ask for Josh, he’s AWESOME! This location has been our go to gym. Highly recommend

Compared to other goodlife’s in the area the gym is very spacious and the staff is fantastic, but in need of an equipment update. There’s only 1 deadlift platform which is located inside the personal training section and 3 squat racks in the free weight section. Every other good life in the area has calibrated plates and at least 3 platforms outside the personal training area.I can say that in the past few years they restocked on all weight plates in the free weight section and the staff is always quick to rerack the weights properly if left undone, I never have a problem finding the plates that I need.

I trained with Dakar 3 days a week for 3 months. He worked my butt off and the results have been amazing. I owe him so much for doing what he does.

Their team is great! Some of their equipment however is old and requires repair/ maintenance. Overall….It’s my go to whenever I’m in Stoneycreek/ Grimsby. Also, as an ultimate member I’d love my towel service and it’s very sad this location doesn’t offer it. I feel it should be standard at all locations- ultimate members should get what they pay for.

A nice smaller gym. Has everything you need. I'm a huge fan of the lady section as it has real weights for lifting and mostly everything you need in a small space. Never overcrowded! Lots of cardio machines and a separate fitness studio for stretching!
