Great experience with Rachelle and the team. Communicated really well, friendly the entire time, and good maintenance work. So helpful that they come to you. My bike hadn't been started in 1.5 years and they got it back up and running like new in just a couple of hours!

Richelle is amazing. She fixed my Vino scooter, she bought my Honda Jazz at a very fair price. Its super convenient because she comes to you. It would have cost a fortune to tow both bikes to a garage. A good person, very friendly, hard working, extremely fairly priced and altruistic. Oh and the work, my scooter has never worked better. Highly recommend her work.

--> Best bike mechanic alert! <--Richelle is such a gem!She came to my place in Vancouver downtown with her beautiful mobile bike shop. We went down to a parking lot to find that the battery is completely dead. We decided to save time and instead of walking to get tools, pushed my dirt bike from P4. What a champ! What a great workout:)In couple of hours she did a full inspection, oil and filter changed, cleaned the chain and taught me so much. The most amazing part that she wants you to learn and do it yourself in the future.Also she is not pushy like some mechanics, she offered me different options for the work and ran every decision by me first.Extra bonus - you get to play with her sweet dog Lu.Honestly, I want her to go viral and get the recognition she deserves. I’ll feel guilty if there’s no shade for them on this hot day, luckily we’ve got a perfect spot. find out a new chain is needed during inspection and they spent time to replace it even running behind schedule. friendly service 200%.they asked me to post this: they came without a 14mm allen, and I have to grab it from Canadian Tire lol. but it’s all good. at the end of the day my bike is ready for the beautiful weather next week. 5 Stars ⭐️

Richelle was amazing! Service literally right outside my front door, and she taught me as we went through the full gamut (oil change, gear oil change, brake fluid flush and top up, coolant change, inspection) so I can be more knowledgeable about my bike. Will always recommend to anyone who asks!
