So very very regretful of switching to this bank. Service is terrible, charlotte is extremely rude, and the bank is unwilling to work with its client's. Helping its clients save money? HA all this institution does is COST you money. They have held my disability cheque from me for the last ten days even though my funds hold when i signed up for the account says 5 business days not 10, and because of all this the bank has ended up costing me an extra 250$ all because they wont release a legitimate cheque. RECOMMEND ANY AND ALL CLIENTS STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SAD BUSINESS" OH

This is the worst bank to deal with. I am trying to pay off my loan early and you have to call every time you want to make an extra payment and the won't pre-date in advance for extra payments. I have been on hold past 45 minutes multiple times trying to get my loan paid early. Horrible customer service. I will make sure to never bank here again.

Horrible service! Regret banking here. Documents sent to us in French by accident from the branch. I called the branch to ask if they could be sent in English. The girl at the front desk did not even bother asking our name! She just put me on hold and came back and told me to call a 1800 number. I said thank you and called. People at the 1800 number said branch needs to deal with this. Branch was unable to help us. Just awesome... closing out our mortgage and we have no clue what the documents say. Excellent!! Chew on that for a minute. Don't bank here. Staff are unhelpful with MINOR issues. Imagine if you had an ACTUAL problem! Yikes!
