What a fabulous experience. My daughter and I went for pedicures and the staff made us feel so welcomed and relaxed the entire time. Our pedicures turned out amazing, we will definitely be returning to the salon!

It was my best friend birthday. 3 of us went to the pedi the very first time . The experience started when I booked appointment. Very patient and accommodating with my request . We had a great time there . Both Diane and Susan are so nice . They did a great job of our pedicures. We left with satisfaction and happiness. They offer service for kids too. Amazing price . We can’t wait to take our kids to get their hair and nails done next week. Thank you so much . Highly recommend it!

YOU NEED YOUR NAILS DONE BY DIANE!! 10 OUT OF 10!!WOW, talk about AMAZING customer service and radiant energy! I recently visited Elite Beauty Bar to get a full set of acrylics. I was greeted upon the owner’s mother, Diane, and she was beyond kind and compassionate towards me with the biggest smile and positive attitude. I came towards the end of the work day, yet she still took me in. She had finished cutting a customer’s hair and began working on me. While looking at my hands, she noticed that I had a few cuts on my fingers. She left and came back with bandaids and polysporin (I was shocked, no nail tech has ever made such a kind gesture). Diane made sure I was okay before she stared to work on my nails. She kept me engaged in asking questions about me, my family and sharing parts of her life, which I very much enjoyed listening to. As my appointment went after hours, I told her that I understand if she can’t do my nails as someone was waiting for her. She said to me that it is no problem and is more than happy to do my nails to make me happy. We continued the appointment with laughs and many wonderful compliments back and fourth to each other, and the importance of supporting each other and family. I have never come across an individual who is not only passionate about their occupation, but displays such a positive and upbeat personality to their customers. It is truly wonderful to know that these individuals exist within our society.I shared with Diane that I was not having a good day, and how this interaction was just what I needed to get in good spirits again. She was very polite to me and told me that I have a beautiful heart. I truly appreciated this compliment as this made my day, and made me tear up. At the end of my appointment, Diane gave me three things: a gift certificate for myself and my mother to get our nails done, a beautiful rose and a MASSIVE HUG. To say that I was taken back by such an act of kindness is a large understatement. I did not expect this whatsoever, and this small act blew me away. This was an experience I will never forget.My nails are absolutely stunning, as is the shape. Diane took great care of my nails as they were very weak and brittle. She made sure they would be beautiful regardless of how short they were. She shared her knowledge of what services would be best for my nails, which is amazing.This is THE place to be if you need your nails done. The environment of Elite Beauty Bar and the Diane’s kindness is what makes this nail bar stand out from the rest. They are unmatched. If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. I’m already looking forward to going back for my next service!

Went to get my lashes done here and Diane was wonderful, such a kind soul. She has a lot of experience doing lashes and I was really happy with the results, got hybrid done and received many compliments later that day. So warm and welcoming, excellent service, interior is really cute & beautiful, lot of thought has gone into it. Glad I found this place in Burlington and will be returning!

This is absolutely the best nail salon I have ever been to in my 31 years of existing. I have been to the salon twice to have my nails done and each time I have been nothing but blown away by that technique, the service and the kindness not only from the nail tech, but from the owner of this salon. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are absolutely comfortable offering you water, tea, coffee, you name it, and really making conversation with you and truly respect and love and care for your service. Not only is the salon walking distance from my home even if it was an hour drive I would do it just because of the service I have received. Here is top notch. I hope that everybody has the opportunity to try the salon at least once I am telling you, you will switch salons. They are incredible. I have nothing but good things to say about this salon, and will continue to rave about them to anyone and everyone I know.

Elite beauty bar makes me feel like home. Susan and Diane go above and beyond for their clients, their expertise is a bonus. I walk out a happy client everytime. Any picture I show that I want to get done, they are so open and excited to make me feel my best. I enjoy my times at Elite beauty bar and will be back!!!!

I'm so glad I discovered this salon. Diane is so warm & welcoming. She was willing and able to correct a poorly done job (from another salon) in a short period of time. Excellent customer service, and the salon itself is very clean, charming with a modern aesthetic.I'll definitely be coming back!

This is a 5 star +++ review for Diane.I called in today to get a lash set, Diane immediately took me in. She was very gentle and she took her time to make sure my lashes looked good.While we were waiting for the lash glue she gave me a complimentary brow and upper lip wax.I am amazed at her service, I immediately felt welcomed, and I can tell that she really cared about making my first experience a good one.I will definitely be recommending this business and coming back for future visits ❤️Thank you, Diane.

Lovely people and super talented at everything they do.The place is so welcoming .Diane is Brilliant. She gave me the perfect hair style i was looking for. She even gave my nails a cute look too.This is now my go to place :-)I'd suggest everyone to definitely go here without a doubt :)
