Had a 5 day stay for training, there is a lot of walking involved, didn't mind, i am able bodied. Shuttle service was there if and when we needed it from the parking lot. Only thing I missed was the little fridge in the room. It would have been handy for the long stay. Food was great, service was also great, very friendly staff! Nice and clean.

There is not one single critique I can offer. The location is gorgeous, the staff in every department was kind and on top of everything. Every inch was sparkling clean. And the food, unbelievable. One of the people who attended our conference had several food allergies and she had no issues at all! Nothing had to be a special request. There was so much to do in our off hours. Swimming (indoor and outdoor), hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), tennis, squash, indoor track, basketball court, gym, games room rocked just to name a few. We had a blast.

Room was cold and cold showers, rooms where nice but same as a decent hotel. Parking lot far from building but have shuttle, shopping or restaurants are a bit of a drive, steam room and sauna was good, gym was Okay, restaurant inside the center was very overpriced 80 for a dinner however the food at the bar was better priced. Would of been nicer in the spring or summer to enjoy the grounds.

The grounds are amazing; so much green space, trails and amenities like pools and games room. Rooms were nice and spacious. Most notable was the staff. Absolutely phenomenal service led by friendly and helpful humans.

Serene. Excellent Service (truly, wonderful staff team here). The food is delicious and lots of variety for different diets. Very accommodating. Healthy choices, fresh fruit and veggies at snack and meals. The room is basic (for the nightly cost is high( but well-appointed. It's a double bed (didn't think they even made those any longer) but comfortable and everything is really clean. Of course, the surroundings are beautiful: Close enough, it is a near-urban retreat and oasis.

Very large with a maze design. You and your guests will likely get lost trying to find your conference room or your hotel room.Parking is several minutes away and you need to walk uphill which can be treacherous in off-season. There is a courtesy shuttle that never really shows up.We have monthly meetings here and I recently took my entire team for a conference at Kingsbridge; management switched our meeting room for our next conference and seemed disinterested in our request.The facility is tired and dated and in desperate need of a renovation.Food is slightly better than what you would find at a Motel 8.Not very accessible for people with mobility issues. One star for being centrally located and one star for being in a rural setting. Otherwise not recommended. You will do better booking a major hotel or conference centre instead.

Great facility with plenty to do and see. We were stationed in Grandroom A which had plenty of space, outdoor access to a pond and fountain, and a short distance from washrooms and a main lobby that was stocked full with water fountains, bottled water, and snacks throughout the day. The staff are beyond kind and courteous and the food was plentiful and varied (although as someone without allergies or restriction I'm not sure how others would comment). The facilities were amazing: indoor running/walking track with windows and view of the forest, gym, sport courts, squash court, stretching room, indoor and outdoor pool which are connected, indoor and outdoor hot tub (the outdoor hot tub was under construction at the time of our visit), dry and wet sauna, and gorgeous walking trails. I very much enjoyed walking around and exploring the facilities, which had something for everyone whether you wanted to be with the crowds or away on your own. A note to those sensitive to the taste of water, the facility does have water bottle filling stations but the water isn't the freshest tasting, but I'm from out of town so maybe a local wouldn't mind it. Even so, the staff offered Eska bottled water on sight and recycling bins for disposal. All in all, this conference centre is highly recommended!
