EB likes to make up rules on how you can buy and exchange things. First they call buying a ps5 a bundle. No its not a bundle. You just do tied selling and force people to buy a controller and game. If it was a bundle it would be one price on the receipt. Guess that's how corporations do business. Gamestop. Stock to the moon...LOL

I'm an onyx member that will never set foot in an Eb games location ever again. The customer service online is terrible by phone is terrible and one of the workers was so useless she couldn't issue me a physical edge card because the computer didn't tell her to. A day later I Recieved a call from the manager telling me she screwed up and what I was looking to have done could actually be done but wasn't I was wrong no matter what to the teller and it turns out I was 100% correct. Due to the inept workers and garbage customer service it's not worth the head ache. I just go to best buy and amazon now. Never again will I ever set foot in an Eb games. Terrible.

Good quick visit. Had to return a pop! Figure I purchased for my son which he had a double of and decided to pickup a used game. Lots of selection. Wasn't asked about getting platinum membership but I was offered the game protection 3 times! All in all good trip.

I have done one pre-paid pre-order at this location. When in the store with a friend I asked when the pre-orders would be in. The manager informed me that he had already contacted all the pre-orders and have given them all out. He checked the account and realized that mine was pre-paid and yes I did not receive a call or my item. He had to scramble to get another in for me which was a Christmas gift. He called my boyfriends phone to say he now had the item the gift was for him so no gift there. I went to EB's website and filled in a form for customer service about the issue. It's been over 6 months now and I have not received a response from Customer Service.

This is the only EB Games location I shop at because the staff are always friendly and professional, the location is convenient, and the products I want to purchase are always in stock. Despite the uncertainty that COVID-19 has caused, this store continues to operate in a manner that is both safe and enjoyable for its customers. Thanks for an easy curb side transaction!

This store is the best to be honest, I've had nothing but great customer service. I was helped by many of the staff during boxing day to select the right system for my family and I to play with over the holidays. Definitely going to shop there more often. 10/10 Almost a full staff of girls, you hardly see that and they are extremely polite, one even draws case art for games that get traded in with no cases.
