This guy steals your vouchers.I purchased a 2 wash voucher at this store late December 2020 (edit: the voucher had 6 months validity). I did one wash immediately and came back in April 2021 for the second wash. Since my code was not accepted by the machine, I walked into the store. The store keeper informed that the code has been used. I haven't used it as I don't use my car much due to pandemic and wfh. The store keeper was just denying that the other code is unused. Now that my car was already in the queue, I bought another coupon and used the code to get a wash. I was watchful this time and noticed that the dryer stops when there is 19 seconds left on the clock. From 19 it jumps to 0.Please take your car elsewhere, this place is not worth your car or your time

Today at 1 am I have been there to buy the 30 day car wash, the guy over there was telling me the system is down and I cannot activate the card, I don’t understand in Which world these shell company people are living. We are talking about going to Mars and this company is having a system down problem. This is not the first time this happened to me with this location. This is a regular system down issue, may be with this location or the company

Worst experience for car wash.I have done ultimate car wash. it doesn't clean properly .it has left over of soap and foam after car wash. its really really waste of money.

If we pay for service we should get service.I just went there to wash my car with ultimate car wash as ultimate car comes with wheel cleaning but it didn’t clean wheels then I asked the station attendant for a rewash - she denied and suggested me to clean with hands........Management has to work on itIf customers pay for something make sure they get it right.

Do not get a car-wash here!!!(Please note that I am not a grumpy person, and it is so rare that I give a 1 star review)They made me pay twice, after the doors opened without a rinse. And they said that it was because my my car moved.It's not the first time that I am getting a car wash :)

I liked that it's a single car per lane, but I wasn't happy to find out there are no towel papers in the 2 lanes I stopped at. Please refill towel paper more frequently.

Worst experience ever, I came to pick skip order and guy at night replied me in a rude manner and said he is not having any order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!

Worst experience. Been here a few times and they refused to accept responsibility for any problems they cause.The most recent being today (May 11, 2018). The car wash doesn’t work properly. Left soap on half of my car. I go into the kiosk to ask if they could just put me through the car wash again on basic.The clerk comes out and she takes dry paper towels from the gas bar and smears the soap even more across my car. Without even asking me if it’s ok. Then she claims my car is clean.I told her I just wanted to take my car through the car wash again. Just a basic rinse. She said why? It’s clean. I hand cleaned it for you. You should be great full.Yeah. Thanks for the scratches.Never buying gas from here again.

Today I have spent 45 min but employee couldn't figure out to give me service . I'm using car wash last six years from this location but last two month I have found every time new employee and they don't know what they doing. I was asked to give me car wash or do something but she was doing nothing with rude attitude. As you know they don't have customer service in Canadian time so they abuse it here with us . Really!!!!!! . Terrible experience . Do not recommend this location . I think owner doesn't bother about customer service.
