The worst experience in my life finding a unit to rent was in this company and especially with their agent Victoria.late responses to emails.No respect for my time and not treating me professionally and respectfully as a customer.Not responsible for my emails and my requests.I am disappointed and don't recommend it.

Tried to get a hold of the listing agent but accidentally dialed to one of the agents here and she tried to pretend to be the listing agent and does not know any answer to the questions I have. Scary ...

Agree with others who have posted about how how unprofessional Crest Realty is in their business practices. I sadly dealt with Victoria Qiu on a rental property in the north shore. After I received a notification that we had gotten the property and planned for the move, I received an email saying we didn’t get it??? How you can be in business with such terrible organization skills is beyond me.

Highly professional and diligent in every matter of the process! Realtor Michael Liu and his assistant Nunu were both constantly going above and beyond to satisfy the needs of our purchase.

Warm Reminder to Potential Buyers of REMAX Listing 4203-1189 Melville St4203’s sound insulation is sub-optimal. 4203 has been partying almost every night and therefore reported to the police and concierge multiple times.The living room of 4203 only has one side of wall, where TV and stereo can be mounted. Unfortunately, the wall is right next to its unit entrance door, which is not very sound insulant. Additionally, the wall is also 4202 main bedroom’s only side of wall, which is the only wall that 4202’s bed can be placed against.The floor plan and sound insulation issues have caused discomfort between neighbors and potentially can even involve legal actions in the future.

Very unprofessional firm. I had a NIGHTMARE experience with one of their agents CHRISTINA HO. She is CRAZY. I believe maybe mentally ill. She painted my strata property without my permission and even my knowledge and my strata charged me $1000. She won't pay me anything after ruining my front door and garage door. When we were away for the weekend she entered my property without my permission and went through my things, broke tile in my front entrance and then replaced it with some weird, ugly paste. I was devastated. There were so many more horrible examples. I feel like I could have been on a Realtor Gone Wrong" TV show. It was constant unbelievable craziness. The managers Godfrey Chan and Rose Yih were not helpful and tried to deny that Christina did any of these things even though I had photos of all of her devastation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM AND ESPECIALLY CHRISTINA HO."

Karen Zhao will just waste your time - regardless if you are a seller or buyer - and doesn't seem to have any understanding of how to price a property.
