The young man who prepares sandwiches always handles the sandwiches without gloves. He touches the cabinets and other objects while waiting for the sandwiches to be heated. When asked why he doesn’t wear gloves he says the policy to wear gloves is only when there’s a cut on his hand.Unless the policy from Health Canada changed, everyone who handles food must wear gloves.

This Rachelle-Béry is much smaller than the one on Fleury in Ahuntsic. Smaller variety of products and limited selection of pre-made sandwiches or things to eat on the go. A little expensive too.

It is definitely not my favorite place to go. I am coeliac and I do need a special food store Employees are for sure not happy there. Bad services , no smile. prices are way to much high for what you get . This was before covid . But now they make people wash their hands at the entrance sink without any supervision, saw people just using water. They don’t wash the sink after people use it ... When you know that the virus can live in used waters it is just not appropriate. I went in using my hand sanitizer and an employee with no smile Refused me the entrance . I was anyway about to stop going at that store for the bad services anyway ... there is so many other good grocery around to be please with and where you can find good service.
