My dog is blowing his coat so I called to book an appointment. I called around 10am and left a message for them to call me back. I called again around 3pm and asked if they had received my message, the lady answered and was quite rude to me. She denied receiving my message and when I tried to book an appointment with her, she said the place was currently closed and became quite blunt. I didn’t argue with them and said that I wouldn’t be needing the appointment after all. I’m so disappointed in the way they handle the situation.

At first sight everything was ok , the lady that took my little buddie (dog ) was very polite and nice, she told me it would take about 2h .when i came back i was very please my dog was looking very nice but when i got home i notice near her eye a small cut but deep a nice chunk of skin got cut off , i know that sometimes there's accidents but its unacceptable to try to hide and not even telling me is just so very wrong i suggest anyone trying to find a good place for your little friend ( pet) to go some place else this place is way to shady

I called and they were able to book me in for in a few days' time (very speedy). My golden retriever came back looking very tidy and dapper. The woman at the front desk took the time to greet us (including our dog!) and run through what we wanted. The appointment didn't take long. A good price too! I would recommend them!

My cat always comes back happy from there, the staff knows how to care for your pets, and they even offer to pick up/drop off your pets!

My brother's cat is very very matted. I took it to this groomer and they did a great job. They are careful and have great grooming/cleaning/shaving techniques. Even with very very matted fur, they only charge me a regular price. In other pet salon, I am certain they would charge additional fee for such condition. Staff are friendly and considerate. With 40 years of experience in business I have lots of confidence in their work, Merci mille fois.
