Professional and very clean. Was just hard to keep my little ones head still enough and they are slightly uneven. Very helpful with explaining on how to take care of them afterwards and we have had no issues. Would get piercings done there again.

Really great experience! I had a 2nd set of ear studs done. The young ladies who looked after me were extremely nice, friendly and service oriented. They made me feel welcome and that I was appreciated. I started going to Caryl Baker Visage 40 years ago in Toronto. They have always provided great service and after this experience, I will definately look into other services that they provide. Your staff are to be commended for representing the brand well!

Took my teen daughter here to have her eyebrows waxed and ears pierced for her birthday. They were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They made my comfortable and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

AVOID AT ALL COST.Very displeased with the service and the horrible/unprofessional attitude of the employees working there.My wife visited visage to get her eyebrows waxed. The employee who waxed her eyebrows did a horrible job and RIPPED MY WIFE’s SKIN OFF. Even after telling her that the wax was hurting, the employee continued stating that she has nothing to worry about. Now the skin around my wife’s eyes is all ripped off.My wife visited visage the next day to show the employee what she did and the employee did not care at all stating that this is “normal”. Visage needs to retrain their employees on how to wax and deal with customers.The owner and employee should be ashamed of themselves.

I really love the personal experience that Carol Baker Visage gives each and every client. I have been given nothing but the best advice and suggestions when I've had my eyebrows done. Plenty of tips and tricks exclusive to hair colour and skin type that are invaluable advice !!!

Do not get your nose pierced here. I gave it two stars, their good for everything else. I got mine pierced back in the end of January. They did it with a ear piercing gun, which you should NEVER. They gave me another stud, nose bone to be exact and told me to put it in after 2-3 days. Which, you shouldn’t really be changing it until a couple months. So It was a few days after and I tried to change it, wouldn’t go in and was super painful. We went back to the mall to possibly get a nose hoop instead. The girl told me at Spencer’s I need the gauge size which we had no clue. We went back to the visage and asked, they looked everywhere online, called some numbers and after about 15 minutes they told us they have no clue but assume it’s a 10, which was NOT it. So I got the nose bone in and of course, when it’s done with a gun it doesn’t exactly break the cartilage. It kept getting stuck, infected and it hurt so much. Cleaned it everyday. I recently changed it to a hoop, that was even more painful. Not to mention they charged 75$ for a damn hole in my nose. Not very happy.

Had a facial done recently at CBV Sarnia. It was my first one. I got the hydra facial- $250.Sharon was fantastic, she was great at explaining everything and letting me know what she was doing. What I didn’t like was that it was done right at the back of the salon, and the only shield from me to the rest of the salon was a 2 foot wide sheet that did nothing. I felt very exposed, and it was 100% not relaxing because not only could I hear everyone in the salon (including a child crying while she got her ears pierced), I could hear passerby’s in the mall also. It didn’t feel like a luxury service whatsoever. My total with tip came to almost 400$ which I’m told is an absolutely insane price to pay for a facial. I did enjoy the service, and my skin feels great. It won’t be my last facial, but it will be my last at CBV.

Great customer service! Everyone is super kind and friendly when I go there. I was nervous getting my brows done at first but they did them so well! It's the only place I go to get them done. It's a lovely, clean environment. Staff is kind and most importantly well trained! Highly recommend!

I used to frequent here for my eyebrow waxing. Typically you could get a walk up appointment with little to no wait, occasionally it'd be an hour. I don't go there anymore because the last time I expressed to the woman that I wanted to keep my eyebrows a little more full. I left the with thin eyebrows. Sadly I had to let them grow in a bit. Very frustrating.
