My husband had to get hearing aids recently. Right from the start the staff (especially Ryan) at Arnold Hearing in the Frederick St mall were knowledgeable and caring. The whole process was very smooth and helped to soften the blow of having to obtain hearing aids due to hearing loss. They even care for me with ear wax removal. We also like the fact there is ample parking and easy to access. Would highly recommend.

Located at 385 Frederick St in the Frederick Mall this family-owned hearing clinic has other locations in Guelph, Simcoe, Kitchener, and Waterloo. Super friendly staff who are willing to listen to your concerns and come up with solutions. Originally came in for some hearing protection at work and outside. Was provided with a hearing test which identified some hearing loss. I was provided with excellent advice and service to address my hearing loss. I highly recommend you visit this location or any other locations of Arnold Hearing Centers if you think you have some hearing loss. You will be treated right and staff will take the time to explain what your choices are to address your hearing issues. Various options are available for hearing protection and hearing aids.

Great service, especially the administrative assistant. She was pleasant on the phone and in person. My appointment was quick with minimal wait time and it was fairly priced.

Needed earwax removal that my family doctor was unable to do. My appointment was right on schedule and the procedure was quick and painless. Highly recommended!

I had a big gig with my band and needed 2 large wax blockages removed immediately or I couldn't play. Tia Galhardo to the rescue! After some hard work, she extracted both perfectly and my hearing returned to 100%! Thanks Tia...you were incredible! Rick

I brought my mother here for a wax removal and it was a breath of fresh air compared to the last appointment at our doctor. Both technicians who saw my mom were very patient and gentle. Thank you for being patient even when my mom was not. Recommended!

I visited Arnold Hearing Centre in the Frederick Mall for ear wax removal and a hearing test, since I'm now officially a senior. These services were performed in a professional and courteous manner by Chantal DeFrancesco. She took the time to explain things thoroughly, including answering my many questions. Highly recommended.

I came to Arnold's several months ago and had my hearing tested. I had been feeling off for a while, and fortunately they found a medical issue which I was able to follow up with my doctor about. I appreciated them squeezing me in and for explaining the results so thoroughly!

Quite satisfied with Arnold Hearing Centre in Frederick Street Mall. They took me in when other hearing centres weren't performing all services due to COVID, which I so appreciate because my ear issues couldn't wait! Staff were all very friendly and my appointment was pleasant and efficient. I did just find out that they doubled their price for ear cleaning though, which was disappointing.

I've been dealing with ear wax issues for over a decade now and I never found a place that could help me until now. I am originally from Toronto and there hasnt been one good place who could effectively help me with my ear wax issues. Low a behold I stumble across Arnold Hearing Centres and thought id give it a try. I had the honour of dealing with Tia Galhardo and i must say she is an absolute gem. I ve probably came by 4-5 times in a span of 2 weeks and she has been incredibly patient, friendly, professional, and supportive yhroughout the whole experience. I had some really stubborn wax and i needed a preliminary consult and a few follow up sessions to clear my ears. To which Tia helped me and set my expectations for following appointments. Prices are very fair and I must say i will be keeping this place in the back of my mind and scheduling regular cleaning appointments. I highly recommend this place and I definitely recoomend Tia.
