Why do your hours say 7pm when clearly you close earlier? Frustrating, that should be something you advertise accurately.Edit: upon further investigation this is not a new problem, there are reviews from over a year ago saying the same thing with a BS response saying due to COVID our hours fluctuate" how is that possible? You're either open til 7 or you're not. Update your hours

Just had my galaxy note 10 fixed here. Fell asleep and cracked the back, these guys quoted me instantly from the website for a fair price. They called me in right away and had the new parts on the phone in 2 hours. They even threw in a big discount on a quality case from spiegen when they figured out I carry this smaller note 10 instead of my s22 ultra for cycling and sports. Highly recommend and will definitely be my goto for device repair.

Was able to find an iPhone model that wasn’t in stock anywhere else with these kind guys. Very good follow through from the staff to make sure the phone was fully set up as I stepped out of the store! Thanks! Would buy again!

After accidentally dropping my external hard drive on the floor (*cry), my computer would no longer read the drive. When I shook the drive I heard pieces rattling around and realized there was a possibility my drive was broken. I searched for a computer repair store close by. I walked by PhonoRx and wasn't sure because it mostly had phones but there was a sign that said it repaired computer and hardware as well so I gave it a try. I left my hd there and there were no onsite technicians so they needed to take my drive offsite at night and to be analyzed/assessed by someone not at the store. I was a little nervous about doing this but was reassured my content would be safe and kept confidential. Sirjan assured me that everything was kept confidential and kept me up to date on the status of my drive. At night he said that the technician was able to retrieve my files but would require another drive to backup my files to. The next day I provided another hd to store my files. He took my drive and since the technician is not onsite, it required another day before I received my drives back. Next day I went to pick up my 2 external hard drives. Checked the content there and at home and everything was intact. Content was fully restored on my new drive and I could finally sleep again.Total Time to complete work - from drop off to pickup was about 3 daysQuality of Work - 4.5/5 - Great quality, but would have been better if there was an onsite personProfessionalism - 3.5/5 - The whole process was professional. The only thing I would say is the process before and after retrieving my drive. Perhaps a signed agreement/receipt of drop off/pickup/formal papers to sign etc. Also, I didn't require the additional phone plan switch pitch. I understand I am in a phone store so the additional pitch should have been expected.Contact/Notification - 5/5 - Sirjan was in constant contact with me and very polite and professional. I appreciate that he messaged me at night to keep me updated on my drive.Would I return again, possible. But hope I don't need to.Thanks again Sirjan and team for all your help.

I had set an appointment to come in for broken screen and camera replacement. Came in, was told that it would be a couple of hours and they would email me. Didn't receive any emails and when they actually picked up the phone they told me to call back in two hours. Called back with no answer. Went to the store and they had closed! The next day, they did the same thing. Told me it was going to be ready within an hour or so, and by the end of the day after not answering the phone they finally anwered and said it was ready. But it wasn't because the next day after that, they called me and told me the tecnichian found another problem and needs some more time to fix it." without mentioning what this so called new problem was. I had my appointment Friday and didn't get my phone back until Monday.I had to wait 3 days to receive my phone back

So I bought a telus studnet plan from them for 50/month , but I get the bill for 85/month , I tried to contact these guys several times, sent emails as well.No response, no answers, no solution, owner tells me to return the sim card and cellphone .These people are complete fraud, don't trust them at all until they show you any plan on official contract papers.Most reviews seems fake to me for marketing purposes.

They will overcharge you, do not fix your phone in here, and they one thing they will say “ give me one more day” The most funny thing is they will lie to you “ you phone will be ready to pick up tomorrow” and finally you will find you phone is still damaged .Stupid store , I hope you shut down forever

Edit: Called them (per their response) and they offered to fix my phone in exchange for me taking down my review. I told them I didn't trust them with my phone and I'd rather keep the review up to warn others.TLDR: Got my screen replaced and they did a terrible job. I definitely regret going here and will not be back,Terrible Experience with this place. Went in to get my IphoneX Screen replaced, pay $130 upfront. Come back when it's fixed and the light and camera buttons on the front don't work, the screen brightness won't decrease, the phone will often type when I'm not typing.I went back in to complain about the problems and the guy instantly tells me I'm lying, and then when I show him he starts trying to offer me a new phone and phone plan.

My experience today at the store was a positive one. I picked up a package from Wish and Sirjan was incredibly nice, personable and by the book. Support local!

The clerk was very helpful and offered me great results for my questions and concerns and offered me great prices on phones and plans thumbs up
