Steak subs had I thin slice of meat on one side and that’s it! the rest was over veggies and mostly red peppers. Couldn’t find any cheese either. Most disgusting steak-subs ever and it was 13.99 plus a pizza slice (not bad) special and forgot the pop. Last week wings, blue cheese & forgot the carrot or celery (said it was in the bag). Never again! Totally disgusting steak sub with no steak, cheese, burnt vegetables & overload of red peppers! Someone needs to train the guy working there! The lady makes the best subs! Too bad she wasn’t there!

Pizza is good prices aren't bad. The wings were good to although one time they were dry. They are also always late with my order its very rare you are not waiting when you go to pick up . Staff seems unorganized.

I walked in for a slice and the pizza I thought was pretty good. I liked the sauce and how much sauce was on my slice. I decided to order pizza that evening and it was just drowning in grease and oil, almost inedible. A completely different experience to that slice I had, which was admittedly quite good.On another visit, I popped in around closing, just to get a can of soda, and staff were very pushy in trying to sell me end-of-the-night pizza. They kept saying it was going to the garbage and insisted I buy it instead. Had to say no several times. Why even try to sell pizza you admit is moments away from being garbage worthy?I have to give two stars because that one slice I had was actually a solid slice. It's a shame that experience couldn't have been replicated on subsequent visits.

Ordered tonight after a food critic gave it a good review. Super disappointed. Our order came missing items and the pizza wasn’t even cut! Steak sub was okay but other reviews are right about the thin piece.

Super disappointed, my father in law came all the way down from Forrest Ontario for a visit( we live in Thorold) . He’s originally from welland and was raving about the volcano in welland. So we opted to try the one here since it’s the same franchise. Absolutely disgusted. Pizza is so thin and undercooked. We ordered double pepperoni and cheese we got maybe 3- pieces extra on the pizza and barely any cheese. The other pizza was a meat lovers and we got a tiny handful of pepperoni, and sausage. But also not cooked. Wouldn’t recommend eating here, drive to welland or visit other pizza places. First and last time we eat here. Also SUPER overpriced for what we paid for. Get it together guys

I ordered a pizza for the daily special not knowing I had the wrong day, and got charged extra. Before the pizza was made I asked for a refund and they said they don’t do refunds, but when I come back, their excuse for not giving my refund so I can fix my order, they said the pizza was already made so that’s why they couldn’t give it back. When I asked for the refund once I realized the total was incorrect, and they are rude about the situation. I don’t recommend you buy anything from here, just walk to the foodland and buy their pizza, it’s 7.99 and you can heat it up at home. Not worth the extra 10$ to deal with their behavior

When this place opened it was the best pizza . Now years later it has gone down hill . Pizza don't taste the same and it sort of just thrown together .I order from here every other week and today is the last time I am ever supporting this place ..So far I have been waiting over 2 hours when they said it would take an hour, ordered at 5:17.. guess I gotta go to Mc Donalds nowDon't buy from this place thorold has enuff pizza parlors, be better if they shut down

I had this pizza for the first time last night and it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked. Good quality toppings. Perfect amount of sauce so the crust wasn’t mushy. If I could give this pizza 10 stars, I would!

Usually don’t review but this one one of the worst pizzas I have ever ordered, super greasy, dough was flavourless and it tasted like the cheese had gone off or something. I was planning on keeping a few slices for lunch the next day but 95% of the pizza and wings went into the trash. Please learn from my mistake.

Update: when in there the other day to get their special of 2 slices" which was in actuality 1 slice on the small side. Their pizza is still quite good but their value is quite poor.Delicious pizza for a great price! Good pepperoni. Nice and crispy crust. We got it with extra sauce which made it even more tasty."
