This is our third Restaurant build with Sam from ARA. Each restaurant came with base building challenges and we were able to work closely with Sam to over come all of the issues on time and on budget. Sam’s experience and Knowledge is second to none, always available for a phone call or a quick site meeting to answer the thousands of questions that arise when building a restaurant. They are such a great team of professionals. Saman and Yasaman worked on my dental office mechanical and architectural drawings, inspection and city permits. They were prompt, professional and most importantly honest. I would absolutely work with them again.
