Hello to all I would like to share my experiences with atb at Killarney .I had the good fortune of talking with Raman at the branch she gave me hours of advice on how to clean up my credit debt. She even tried to loan me the money with a loan. All and all I would like to thank Raman for all the hours of great advice she gave me ,and the atb bank for all the great services they offer me.

I have been banking with the big banks since I could put money in the bank. The service that I received was what I thought a bank should do.Last year I met Jack Christie manager of the ATB Killarney branch and realized the banking can be better. My first time going in the staff were super friendly, made an effort to get to know my name, and everyone asked how I was!I started off by setting up my personal bank accounts and the wonderful Nancy helped me do that. Next the tag team duo of Stephanie and Denis helped me with my business banking accounts. As a new business owner having people that can actually explain to me and help me set up my accounts is so important. And just recently I went in and got my RSP contribution set up.I am slowly moving all of my accounts over to the ATB Killarney branch. Jack and his team have shown again and again that they actually care about me and my business. When I did a big market last year and came in not knowing how to actually do any of the deposits for my business account the staff all came together and helped me get what I needed done. It made me feel so welcome at the branch, and comfortable knowing that my business needs were being cared for.As I look at the banking that I’ve had in the past and realize how much different my experiences at ATB have been I have no hesitation in recommending Jack and the staff at ATB Killarney branch. If you want banking done right give them a call.

A big thumbs up to Jack Christie the manager at the Killarney branch. My wife and I purchased a vacation property that had to be financed and processed quickly. With time being critical and after a quick chat with Jack all the details fell into line and our closing went smooth. Not your conventional banking experience to be sure. Additionally, Jack is extremely well connected, and has the ability to help you, no matter what additional challenges you may be facing, over and above your banking needs. Been banking with ATB for almost 26 years, i have great credit and an overdraft. been depositing my cheque in person ATB twice a month for a year and 1/2 now. Even deposited it here a few times. The last time i went in the lady would not release my money because she didn't know me. I went to another branch and bam!! straight in no issues. I was in a hurry that day and was not very impressed.

Amazing Customer Experience with Jack Christie!I have been banking with ATB Financial (previously Treasury Branch) for 30+ years and to this day I have never been disappointed with their customer service. I met with Jack Christie to get to know him and his branch a little better. During our meeting, he listened to some of my struggles with finding a contact within our current ATB branch to discuss some of our personal and business banking needs. Jack definitely has the ATB culture by putting the people first as he immediately put me in touch with a colleague to take care of our banking needs.I would highly recommend Jack and his team at ATB Killarney to take care of your banking needs…and if you are looking to work as an employee, I feel Jack would be an amazing Manager.

Good bank but they aren’t into people with bicycles. No effort to fix this bike rack.

Probably the worst bank I've ever been to and I only have gone twice. First time took 30 min to give me change and then the next time Denys me getting change for no reason at all. Most useless bank around
