Rented a few items here. He is great to deal with and has most items a person needs to rent.

Rented a wood chipper (Vermeer BC700XL). Worked well and was in good condition. The staff was very helpful and took the time to show me how to operate it, and made the unloading easy so I didn't have to back it up between other expensive equipment.I really like the rental experience. Felt like a valued customer despite having visibly no prior experience with the machine I was renting.

Rented a mini-excavator from them to dig a pond in our backyard. A+ service, delivery, and machine. The delivery guy gave me a quick once over on how to use it and didn't want to leave until I tried it out and felt comfortable with it. They called me before the scheduled pick up time to double check that I was done with it, that the time worked for me, or if I wanted it longer. Absolutely great service all the way around. I rented a skid steer at the same time from one of their competitors (review for them will be coming shortly and will be extremely negative). Night and day difference in companies, service, and products. Thanks A to Z, and keep up the good work!

Very easy to deal with, equipment seems good. Only vice here is the clean return requirements. We’re working with dirt on a dirt site. Cleaning is an terrible request.

I have been going to this place for years because it is a locally owned small business that has been there for years so they know how to run a business. They treat me and everyone that I have recommended with the utmost respect. I couldn't ask for better service as they know what they are talking about and treat people fairly. I will continue to go here for all my future projects and recommend it highly to everyone else.

I've been using A to Z for a few years now. Equipment is always good quality (contractor-grade), well maintained, and agreeable prices. You're in and out and off to your job in a few minutes.

Efficient services. We used them for catering stuff, crockery, cutlery etc for a wedding. They charge $CAN100 deposit, which is voided on return of the goods in good order.

If you're a woman or person of color, skip this business. (See other reviews. White guys give thumbs up, that's about it.) I historically had been loyal to this business when renting for events as they are locally owned, so I called them first to rent tools for a home repair project.I was overcharged by more than 300$, compared to the cost of going to their competitor. The owner himself is the issue, he spoke down to and over me throughout our interactions, and only agreed to issue a return because I had a man with me when I came back, after discovering the additional charges and missing parts (nut and washer for a grinder). While I am certain I do NOT know much about those types of tools, I did know to say I needed a grinder and diamond blade for concrete, neither the owner (present at time of rental) or the the employee serving me listened, and simply rented me an incomplete tool, charging me for an extra half day and a holiday they would be closed for, then openly blamed me when speaking to my male friend, saying that if I 'had of said diamond blade they would have given me the right parts'.Don't waste your money here if you don't like being ripped off and charged extra for not being part of the 'good-ol'-boys' club.

Staff were friendly in person the first time we stopped in, however we were verbally misquoted that original visit. A family member then recieved an estimate much, much higher than what we were told a few days later (hundreds of dollars more expensive).When I called to explain the problem with the unexpected expenses, that we were qouted wrong and wondering if there was anything they could do to help, there was no apology for the miscommunication or attempt to try to sort out the problem, only someone continued to say my perception of the situation was wrong".... I even had the name of the person who made the mistake.Mistakes happen

The service is good but they didn’t provide enough information to my about the different sized of mini excavators that they have.I rented one and it was my first time to rent these kind of stuff and they didn’t even show me the mini excavator, I asked them to deliver it to my location when it arrived it was like a toy and will do the job i was planning to do so I asked to bring it back to them and then charge me for the delivery.Ask them more questions when want to rent before sign any documents
