She was very kind and accommodating. She is a real joy to deal with. I was also very impressed with Harris the technician. He took the time out to explain the issues with my A/C unit, and educated me on the proper care and maintenance of my unit. He had it up and running in no time. I couldn't be happier.Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. I will be calling your company for all my A/C and furnace needs. Thanks

They send a picture of the technician coming which is awesome. My tech Darren was phenomenal!! Super friendly, quick, fantastic customer service. Only reason I did 4 out 5 is because it took 54 days from my first call to my follow up call for them to actually come and complete the service. Still in saying that, I’m glad I waited for them as the result was great!

We got a new furnace and splurged for a A/C unit. They were friendly, & efficient. Did a good job of clean up after and explained everything to me and then did it again when my husband got home. Absolutely recommend Airdrie Air not just 5 stars they get 10!! Bring on summer +30

The man who came to the house to give us a quote was very professional and knowledgeable. I got a text when they were on their way to our house. Installation was scheduled very promptly and installer was great. Best price from the 4 quotes I got. Amazing service from all staff that I dealt with.

Airdrie Air was so great to deal with, everyone was super friendly, the turnaround time was pretty quick considering the time of year and the installer was super professional, friendly and quick. We got quotes from a few places and for the unit we got, the price was extremely affordable, yes we could have gotten something a little cheaper but then the quality wouldn’t be as good. Plus I found the quote was Airdrie Air to be the most thorough, it included pictures so it made my research that much easier. I would highly recommend Airdrie Air to anyone needing furnace or air conditioning needs.
