needed my coffee grinder fixed ASAP! from what i described, Brandon was able to diagnose and then confirm his beliefs and get the job done in about an hour. he also recognized that while i wanted to keep my grinder, that if it was something too major he'd let me know and i could go another route (have to buy a new one).highly recommend Brandon's services, and will be going back to him for future repairs and computer clean out/builds!
