The staff are awesome and they explain everything thoroughly. Botox is given by experienced nurses who make you feel comfortable. Their prices are good and they always have specials. I will go back and I recommend Skin Vitality.

I had a great experience here and will be back for sure! The staff is amazing, super welcoming! Jocelyn is so sweet and caring! She provided me with loads of information and made me feel really comfortable as I was a little nervous because it was my first time having anything done! I would recommend this clinic to everyone, my friend and I left feeling amazing. The nurse I had I believe it was Heather, was amazingly kind as well and really gentle, it was pretty much painless. My entire experience here was so fun! Can’t wait to go back!!

Very kind and helpful staff! Another client brought her dog and the manager took it for a walk while she got her treatment. As a result, I had to wait a bit longer for my appointment, but it was really great service and always friendly.

today was my 1st visit to Skin Vitality in Whitby. The staff were super friendly and the clinic itself is very nice. Nurse Heather injected my filler and was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my first visit to the Skin Vitality Whitby location. The facility is modern and clean. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I particularly appreciated that there were no high pressure sale tactics. I knew what I wanted and the team advised and did not try to convince me to do more than what I had in mind.

This was my first time ever and after my virtual consultation I was a little nervous. However when I went in person; Jocelyn welcomed me in and she was naturally so warm and positive. I went into her office and already felt I went from being nervous to excited. She was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and just loved her energy! I love this clinic and the way they deal with their clients. I am supper happy with my results and I am hundred their loyal client!
