My daughter is about to move in here . The unit seems quite nice . New everything and appears decent quality. NO visitors parking .I learned after my daughter , moved in . There is some visitors parking ( not much ) but it is there .

Very nice condos. The pricing is good too. The challenging part is BUS service and grocery stores.

Worst place. Very bad landlord. Never trust him with your security deposit as he'll make sure you don't receive it back when you move. Can't be trusted.

Very generic, cookie cutter, suburbia. The large family's produce alot of noise as neighbours.

Hands down the worst management that I have ever witness. Avoid this Naseer guy if you don't wanna become blood pressure patient.

I’m glad I’m only staying in this place for 2 weeks. Wow, such a cheap place! Very cheap builders who just wanted to earn a buck. The noise travels like travel, I know when the neighbours are using the stairs, or when they are walking around. Things are falling apart, fan covers dropping from the ceiling out of no where, screws sticking out in the staircases, cabinets are very cheap and basic, water pressure is ridiculously high(not a good thing trust me), toilet seats are way too high, doors don’t close properly, screws missing from electrical outlets, no parking whatsoever if you want to have family or friends over. The only good thing is how quiet the garages are, but doesn’t make up for the noise from your surrounding neighbours. So yes, this is the CHEAPEST build I’ve seen, the builders should be ashamed of this project. The other neighbours I spoke to agree and have many similar issues.

Lots of construction going on...going to be nice once finished. Good location.

Instead of stealing go beg some pennies .
