The worst food I’ve ever received from a Wendys. The food was in such poor quality (old, cold, and cut in half rock hard chicken patty) it would be impossible to serve unknowingly. Missed a dietary restriction request, did not add additional requested sauces. It was a ithout a doubt one of the worst put together orders I’ve ever seen from a restaurant. Nothing short of impressive in every possible wrong way.

I work nearby and only get a half hour lunch so I came here to get something quick. Standing inside waiting for someone to take my order. Nobody was in front of me and I waited 10mins before someone took my order. Everyone just walking back and forth and ignoring the line up. After 10mins of waiting someone finally takes my order and wait another 15mins for the food. No apology for the wait and no one cared. I had to take it to go because I had to get back to work. I get back to work and noticed the bag isn’t even my proper order. I ordered a baconator combo and got a chicken sandwich. The management has no idea how to prioritize which employees to do what tasks or where they are lacking.

This Wendy's has been for quite a while and I am glad they stayed in business even during pandemic times. A recent dine-in visit had my accurate order, overall friendly staff and a short but reasonable wait time. However, the restaurant maybe too short on staffs or short on hands, almost every table at visit was dirty or had something left on it. Staff placed all orders in bags regardless if tht was to go or to dine-in, that is not a good sign, felt like customers were not welcomed to stay dine-in, regardless the areas were open and legal to dine-in post pandemic. I finished my meal and watched about 15 minutes as well, no staff came out to clean tables. Food quality side, fresh everything but fries were a little cold.

I ordered food and a fries no salt as kids are the one who will eat it. I try it first and they gave me fries with salt then i approach the Manager and she insisted that there is no salt on it, i ask her to try if she wanted, She grab the fries aggressively and throw it. Gave me a new one with attitude and and loudly telling me No salt fries. This is not the first time it happened and i never complained. This kind of situation needs attention how they deal with their customer otherwise it will keep on happening as no one complains. Don't wait this things happened to you once you are a customer.

Delicious, comparing with other fast foods. However there is only one Wendy's in Richmond and so far from my home. And the waitress forgot to give me a cup at first.

It was a very average Wendy’s experience. The food was mostly standard but definitely not made with pride or care and bare minimum in presentation. My ghost pepper fries barely filled the container and looked nothing like the ad.

If you go here, check your order before you leave.Twice my order has been fine and twice it has been way off. The last time I went I asked for extra pickles. She even said junior bacon cheddar burger with extra pickles" when she handed me the bag. As you can see from the photo there's 1 slice of pickle hiding under the tomato. There's also the tiniest piece of lettuce I've ever seen in a burger.Despite the often long wait in line if I got back

This is simply the BEST Wendy’s in Metro Vancouver. The girls (mostly girls) that run the place are amazing, always kind even on busy days. The price is the BEST for the value. The MEAT is a lot better than other fast-foods. I have been going weekly for a year and I NEVER got one sandwich done wrong, and I remove lots of stuff. Every place have its small problems, I dislike when they miss my regular coke, but at all, I would HIGHLY recommend this one!
