I love this little known but very excellent spa in Vancouver; it is my favorite. Cynthia is a warm and friendly soul; she remembers her clients and I always feel well taken care of. She has great instincts as to when you want to chat and when you would like a quiet experience and I am always pleased with the quality of her spa services.I also like to come to Altum because Cynthia uses natural and organic products and she is a very skilled and experienced esthetician. The free parking in a downtown location is also a nice touch.

I had a wonderful Spa experience with Cynthia at Altum Spa. She is very knowledgeable about skin condition and the products. I love the facial treatment she gave me. It was very relaxing and my skin felt refreshed. I highly recommend Altum Spa because I surely will come back..

I have had other massages and walked away feeling ok but nothing spectacular. This place, however, was extraordinary! I suffer from sore shoulders and during the massage I did feel some discomfort but believed it to be bearable and not harmful. I did fear that I would be in pain in a few days but this was definitely not the case. Not only did I not feel pain, but I felt considerably better. I have never had a massage that made me feel so rejuvenated. I will be back for sure. Highly recommended!
