Not normally one to leave a review but Carly and Adam were amazing to deal with. I traveled about 8 hours to look at a vehicle I was interested in (not from Flynn Automotive). Sadly that deal fell through and I was left in a rough spot as to what to do. After one call to Carly she arranged to meet and show me the vehicle I was inquiring about. Needless to say soon as I seen the vehicle I was sold. With it being late on Friday, Carly and Adam were still able to work their magic and had me financed with keys in hand in 24 hours. They went above and beyond to help me make it happen and couldn't be happier. Thanks again Carly and Adam for the amazing customer service and I wish you guys the best!

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience with Flynn Automotive. As you can see I gave it 5 Stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to the end. Their unique online approach to selling vehicles is similar to Amazon. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Dennis Van Heusden. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. I was not expecting to purchase the car of my dreams (1985 Porsche 911) and scratch it off my bucket list. Their approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure at all. Not only was I looking for a 911 to purchase, but I was also looking to sell my Porsche Boxster. After some negotiating with Dennis & Adam Flynn the General Manager they found a way to make a great deal and I could not have asked for anything more than that. Thank you Dennis. Thanks also goes out to Adam and Carly who delivered my vehicle by trailer from St Catherines and picked up my trade-in in Toronto. I have a 2013 BMW that needed the timing chain replaced and I couldn’t be happier with their service, they kept me updated on the repairs and how it was going throughout the whole repair. This is a very big repair and they handled it with ease. It was a pleasure meeting Adam and Carley and the whole Flynn team. I highly recommend going to them for any car repairs, you will not be disappointed!!

What a wonderful car buying experience! Carly and Adam were both knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to do what was necessary to put me at ease throughout the buying process! The vehicle (a 2010 BMW 328i xdrive) was exactly as advertised! They brought it right to my home and didn't rush me at all! I would give them higher than 5 stars if I could :)

I don’t leave reviews often but when I have an experience like I did at Flynn I have to comment. I purchased my Range Rover a couple years ago and from the first time I walked in until I drove off I felt like a rock star .. they treat you so well. From offering a ride home to “hey, do you want a water to drink?” It is things like this that people acknowledge and appreciate.I have since continued to watch the Flynn web site for my next purchase. As I was reviewing I also received an email stating they now have a service department .. which was perfect timing because I needed some work that other shops wouldn’t do. Adam was quick to help and set up an appointment. Here I am a week later satisfied yet again with Flynn Automotive.Lastly I need to add that it isn’t just Adam that understand the value of customer service .. EVERYONE I interact with there has a smile and an appreciation for your business .. which is very rare these days.Great job Adam and Team .. you will have my support forever.

I had a great experience dealing with Adam and Carly — honest folks to work with. They made sure I got what I wanted done and on time. For the car I purchased, the price was very firm but I understand the business — given the great service I got I can’t complain.Would recommend to others!

This is my first-ever review, and coming from a fellow sales professional, I hope it carries some weight to potential buyers. Carly and Adam were a pleasure to deal with from the start. I’m located 1.5 hours from the dealership, and Carly sent me all the information I wanted about the vehicle I was interested in, as well as a custom walk-around video of the car – just for me! The dealership was upfront about the work that was already put into the car, and they were extremely accommodating regarding the work that I wanted to be done before taking delivery (mainly removing the tint and ordering a second BMW key). Carly kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my emails in a prompt and professional manner – they even delivered the car to my door in Guelph, which I sincerely appreciate. Also, the after-sales support is phenomenal. I ended up returning to the dealership a week later to get a small problem addressed – Carly and Adam greeted me with open arms and were extremely accommodating (there ended up being nothing wrong - just my car-chondria). Carly and Adam are working hard to repair the stigma towards the typical car-salesperson, and I can say with full confidence that this is not like your average dealership. They care about you, they are clearly passionate about the vehicles they sell, and they care about overall customer satisfaction. Also, cheers to the unsung heroes of this dealership that are working hard behind the scenes to make this dealership function, like their mechanic (Tynan), and detailer. I rate this dealership 5 STARS and recommend it to everyone for their car buying and servicing needs.

AWESOME. 5 Stars is not enough to show how much I appreciated the experience I have enjoyed with Adam and Carly. Truly professionals in every way. No pressure what so ever. Buying a vehicle on-line can be very daunting and nerve wracking, they both made it very easy and delivered my new car BMW X3 to Ottawa where I was able to test drive and decide if I wanted it. Top quality mechanics! Blown away by how friendly, meticulous, and transparent they were.I went to St. Catherines from Toronto a week ago to buy a car from a private seller and wanted a professional opinion regarding the mechanical condition of the car; Adam and his team spent well over an hour examining every crevice of the vehicle and walking myself and the seller through the entire process. They also answered all of our questions and, unlike some other mechanics Ive been to, made a real effort to explain everything in tremendous detail and convey their understanding. Moreover, they were incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with - customer service was unparalleled! It is also clear from their entire operation that they have a passion for cars and truly love what they do. If I am ever in the Niagra region and in need of car servicing, Flynn Automotive is the first place I’m heading.10 out of 5 stars ⭐️
