Craig @ Davis is AMAZING! We had him inspect a potential home for us this week, and not only did he find tons of stuff (big and small), but also explained how to fix problems in easy to understand terms (and also which problems you don't really need to fix). He gave a nice analogy of a pre-owned home being like a used car with some dings and dents, and walked me through the 26+ page inspection and supplied well over 300 photos. They also did a sewer line test and supplied video, and a radon test with results in 48 hours. Craig CLEARLY cares about quality and what he does. He and I had 4 follow up phone calls in the 2 days after the inspection. He made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. He also went well above and beyond expected service to make sure I got answers to my more complicated questions, and even helped me out with some industry contacts for various repairs. I will absolutely use Davis going forward for all of my Michigan area home inspection needs - these people are pros and you'd be smart to hire them. And NO they don't compensate me in any way for writing this LOL - they're just that good.
