The owner was fantastic with our 3 chihuahuas. He handled them so gently, will return again for their nails.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. The owner of this establishment does not care about the safety of his patrons, nor does he adhere to ANY health guidelines. We brought in our dogs to get their nails clipped and owner immediately started talking about how covid-19 is a hoax, repeatedly referring to the situation as a plandemic". Asked numerous times "what we were so scared of"

We had both our large dogs groomed and bathed here today. This gentleman is very proficient and knowledgeable about his process. Love this one on one service dealing with just the owner/groomer. Highly recommend this place. Our first visit was today and we have found our permanent groomer. Thank you for all the time you took with our fur babies. You do a great job, keep up the awesome job.

This guy has always done great job with my dog! Reasonable price and good outcome. However, cant get a hold of him today number at website is not k9 grooming anyone who uses him on the regular know a number for him? Only in ssm until Thursday and my big dog is needing a bath asap!

I've been taking my yellow lab to K-9 for the past 5 years now and have always been happy with the service I received. The prices are good, service is prompt and the owner is very friendly.

Worst experience.The shop smells terrible.The owner shaved my dog causing clipper burn which then lead to an infection of the burn area and cost me $300+ dollars at the vet. The owner refused to pay the vet bill and even take any responsibility for what he has done. I do NOT recommend.

Very dirty place! Stinks of stale urine, he uses same towels & cloths on each dog. For bathing he uses an oversized carpet shampooer. I explained to him on the phone, my dog had a skin issue & needed a bath, not a soaking down with peroxide! He was suppose to trim hair on my dog, but because he got caught up chatting, my dog got impatient , and the owner couldn’t finish the dog. I took him home wet, not trimmed. Furthermore his famous peroxide bath only lasted a few hours, the dog started stinking again! He failed to tell me he only takes cash, I had to run over to a bank machine, that doesn’t support my card, so extra charges on top of him charging me the full charge of $62.00 for 1/2 the job! I won’t go back & will not reconnect him to anyone. It’s so filthy in there I took a shower when I got home !

I was horrified when my husband brought my dogs home their hair was choppy and uneven and their tails looked like they were cut with kindergarten safety scissors I am not impressed at all he did a very sloppy job not impressedAnd no recommendations for me

As soon as we walked in he was watching Alex Jones, encouraged no masks, talked extensively about conspiracy theories, the place was dirty and smelled bad, and he didn't even really wash our dog. He just sprayed her down with a peroxide solution claiming it was some miracle thing from Shark Tank and vacuumed it off. She still stunk after so we wound up just bathing her in the tub the next day. An absolute waste of money and a plague vector. Don't go here.
