I cannot recommend Flowers by Merle enough! Super dependable, great communicators, incredible skills, fresh cuts and blooms, and so creative! I have asked Merles to create some very unique arrangements and they have gone above and beyond every time. They are so generous, professional, and have incredible inventory. You wont regret trusting Flowers by Merle !

I have nothing but good things to say about Flowers by Merle.During our wedding planning, we visited several other stores looking for a quote. We were looking for greenery with some small flowers inserted throughout for our head table and fire mantle. One flower store did not listen to what we was asking for at all and insisted on more flowers to be inserted which would bump up the cost and they wouldn't give us a quote until we agreed to buy. That is not the purpose of a quote. Another store didn't give us a quote until a month after we visited.We were starting to lose hope until we called up Flowers by Merle and they worked with us to see what would work best at a reasonable price and they gave us a quote the same day we visited. When we talked closer to the wedding they informed us that some of the flowers we originally chose were not looking good this season so they agreed to add in different, even more beautiful flowers at no extra cost. The service was fantastic.

The folks here were so incredibly lovely -- I had ordered flowers for from out of province & the person I was sending to was unfortunately out of town on the scheduled delivery day. The wonderful staff rescheduled the delivery for the following week, sending a beautiful arrangement of flowers a few days later than I had scheduled, so that they could be enjoyed to the fullest. I'll be ordering from here again & cannot recommend this place enough! Incredible service with even better looking flowers :)

Not happy at all. Will never order from them again. If they have trouble with the order they never called me to inform me nor do they care. All I get is that’s our policy. They actually do not care to provide any quality services but will charge over $100.00 $17.50 to deliver flowers that we had to pick up and deliver. Honestly there are a lot of Florists that would love our business.
