Quick to provide a service call. They were able to squeeze in same day compared to a week out from another shop in town. The Tech was professional, efficient and repaired a fridge that others said just replace it. The overall cost was very reasonable.

We needed to replace our 10 year old built-in fridge/freezer and the job had the potential to become an absolute nightmare. Clayton and Steve removed the old set and installed the new set without a single issue. We couldn't be happier - it's perfect.

We had our dishwasher and dryer repaired by Justin. He was polite, careful and skilled.The lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. Parts prices are better than online and received quickly. They go above and beyond in service.

While visiting my senior mother Oliver experienced a cold snap and it was -22. The fridge my mother has in the garage stopped working. We called them and they said turn on the heater a portable heater in the garage. Give it a day and then call us back, we did that and the fridge was working just fine. Cost us nothing and they solve the problem highly ethical community minded company.
