The Detox Market

I visited the shop twice, year before the covid and this year, and both time I experienced the same cold treatment. There isn't many customers at the store when I visited, but the sales person is not very interested in introducing their products to me while she showed a very warm and welcome face to the white lady who was there. I guess the sales person get their commission based on how many products they sell, so they have to pick customers to work with. for example, an asian student looked woman seems less likely to purchase expensive organic make-up right away comparing to a white woman.

This North America franchise outlet is now open in busy Union Station in Toronto. They carry what is claimed as natural beauty and wellness products. Staff is very knowledgeable about the products and their ingredients. The locaton is very convenient for the busy and commuting office ladies.

Need a new route in Union station so I bypass this place...such a temptation. Very knowledgeable sales staff who also happen to be very friendly, good range of products. I love that they give you samples that are tailored for you...downside is next time you go in to buy the full sized product!

I had the most amazing experience(s) here at the detox market (at ALL locations!). From product recommendations (seriously, they have THE best skin and beauty products on the market) to makeup services, you will not be disappointed. Every single person who works here is so knowledgeable on all of the brands and products - it's incredible, you can tell they are so passionate about what they do. Special shout out to Kyla for doing my makeup before my cousins wedding, she was absolutely meticulous with the application and knew exactly which type of vision I was going for. She recommended the best face moisturizer, body oil and my makeup lasted ALL night - to top it off, the ambiance was so cute, she had a candle lit, crystals laid out and a fresh glass of water before the makeup application. It was hands down the best experience I've had, and going forward I will only be booking my makeup for events etc with Kyla. On top of her incredible skills, she is such a kind and light hearted person, which makes the process just all the more enjoyable. The manager, Jackie is also super friendly and really knowledgeable on all of the products carried at the detox market. 10/10 - accommodating, transparent, and just amazing customer service. Can't wait to do all my Christmas Shopping there!

I LOVE The Detox Market. Exceptional service. Incredible human beings. I learn something new every time I visit. If something is out of stock, the staff goes above and beyond to help me get my hands on the product as soon as possible. They also recommend new products and offer samples. They really want to find that perfect match for everyone! They make going green exciting, fun and really just a breeze. This is more than just a beauty store, it’s an opportunity to grow and make positive changes in your life.

I've been in a couple of times now, both times was helped by a very soft spoken woman (wish I knew her name). She is super knowledgeable, honest in her recommendations and steers me in the right direction. I also really appreciate the products they offer, though this location is small and doesn't have as much. Still love the convenience though!

I had a pleasant experience shopping here. Jackie was so helpful in finding gifts all within budget. Would definitely return :)

Great little store. High end skin care products available . Lots of options for high quality, clean Ingredient skincare lovers. Organic, clean mascaras. Small and tight, better to come in mid day
