I had my car serviced at Hull Hyundai last week for the annual maintenance and oil change. The experience was great and staffs were friendly and aproachable.I can really feel the difference of my car after the service, it runs smoothly and and shift is on point it's like newly tuned. I would recommend this place for your car the guys are honest and price is fair. Awesome!!!!

If a zero-star rating were available, I would have selected it. Lack of transparency, communication between people. Beware of the sleazy salesmen Ismael & Heidi, confrontational and rude. All this place does is purely waste peoples time. I will never in my life of existence ever buy a car here again nor recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY! Go to any other location if at all one exist huhNote to self: DO NOT SIGN ANY CREDIT APP upfront. Also get the numbers right upfront during the negotiation process.

Wanted to preorder a vehicle, after some exchanges back and forth between emails. I was told that they were no longer putting people on the waitlist. Should have lead with that so I didn't waste anymore time

I have bought several vehicles throughout my life time, but this experience in helping my son Jake buy his first new car, was beyond the best experience ever!!The sales rep Oliver was so honest , kind , polite , not pushy , and knew his vehicles inside and out. He made this experience for my son so comfortable, memorable and so enjoyable when buying his new car!! Marcillino in finance was also very helpful, he took his time to listen to my son’s financial needs and he helped him to get the best deal/ interest rate !I would recommend this place highly to anyone looking for a new vehicle! You won’t regret it !!

Management is poor, very forgetful, no deals and when I followed up with the sales rep he was “transferred” to a different dealership because he had so many complaints.My experience with this dealership and any follow up was terrible and Ishmael is to thank for that. All the pushy sales nonsense you’d normally experience you’ll experience here.the dealership representative, saying Ishmael doesn't work there. Funny that he's at the Nissan dealership now.Ishmael DID in fact work for you and I have email threads that prove that. Absolutely abysmal experience buying a car from Ishmael. I still can't believe his inability to negotiate without other members holding his hand.For the cherry on top, I was promised several deals and items for the several screw ups that occurred during the buying process. All of which were ignored and played ignorant as if they never happened even after having voice mails and several conversations documented.For anyone buying a new car, get everything you agree upon written down, explained VERY clearly in your language. Ask as many questions as you can. and if they refuse, leave and go to a more reputable dealership.

I had a recall on my car. Took an appointement, for about 2 weeks later. Waited in for 3 hours because taking the shuttle they could'nt bring me back to get my car in the afternoon, only the next morning !!! The girl that served me was very nice.

Just bought a used Santa Fe. We had been very happy with the salesmen Jean and Marrcillino until we came to pick the car up. We had been told that winter tires and rims were being thrown in by Jean but when we came to pick it up they had added the tires to the price of the car. If you deal with this dealership get everything they say to you in writing. They also sold the car with an almost completely empty tank. We had to stop immediately to get gas.

I Went to look at a used Venue with my girlfriend. Upon arriving we noticed two dents covered by snow on the passenger door. The photos posted on the website skipped over this, and nothing was mentioned until I pointed it out. They said it would only be $500 to fix but stating it probably wouldn't be a perfect fix, total lies. They then said please make us on offer as we are closing up the monthly files and could give a great discount, but only if we buy tonight. I made a offer of $18,500 for the 2021 venue when a new 2023 model goes for $23,000. They come back and said we can take off $50 to match your insulting offer. Worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After reading the reviews below we are very happy we did not buy a used vehicle from them, have a look at reviews below for yourself. Please do yourself a favor and seek professional service elsewhere, like Hyundai on Hunt Club.
