WOW. Amazing service. Fantastic results! I started coming her two years ago and haven’t stopped since. I am addicted to the transformative results. My son even is a client here now because of me and he too has had an outstanding change from the treatments. We both see Wasan and Absolutely love her. She takes so much care and time in her work and knows what my skin needs best. Wasan is professional, she knows the products and treatments inside out and can make the best recommendations for whatever your needs are. I recommend her to everyone of my friends. The staff here is always friendly and helpful.

During a visit to Canada my skin was a mess, sun damage and congestion .Fortunately I found them through Groupon I like to have options before I commit to long term relationships with services like this. I reached out to Alina to try and book a facial directly and bought the Groupon through her instead of the site. Alina is the best always accommodates me , best customer service ever,front desk was amazingly she sets a perfect tone and environment for exceptional spa service. I’ve never had any problems rescheduling.Lucky me, the stars aligned, and before I knew it Wasan was breathing life back into my skin with her healing hands, reviewing my skincare routine with me, and walking me through each step along the way. I am so thankful now renewed glow, baby soft skin, and an incredible education for how to better care for my skin moving forward. I was consistent going at least once a month sometimes even more for more than a year to achieve my goal. I purchased many of their skin products love the product lines they carry , Wasan and Stana are incredibly knowledgable aestheticians that brought humor and warmth to my life.The space is beautifully lit, clean, sleek, and features a broad range of different modalities,Ive tried them all. Literally.I highly recommend. My time in Canada has come to an end do to work and I will assuredly make HW med spa my foremost skincare destination when visiting Canada.

My makeup artist recommended that I try Heritage Way Medical Spa and I couldn’t be any happier with the service. I did the BelaMD+ treatment and I am satisfied with the results. Stana is amazing; very warm and welcoming. She was gentle, patient, engaging, and took the time to explain every step which I loved. Definitely worth the visit.

Super pushy staff to buy their products and packages. Once you purchase a package, your facial appointments are no longer facials. Just a cleanser and 10 minute mask then you are left alone in the room. The entire appointment time is cut in half compared to what I experienced in my first visit. Please do not fall for the packages, they do not use facial technology equipment or spend time on you. Sad and disappointing, I was looking forward to it.

I highly recommend this place! The experience I had with them was excellent. Very clean facility and the staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommend this place! The services that I have used have been excellent. Very clean facility and professional staff. I have been going for facials regularly for a few years but recently have been going in for their laser hair removal treatment. I was always curious about laser hair removal as I wasn't sure about the investment, even if there were specials. This time, I decided to give it a go. I have had 2 sessions so far, and let's just say WOW! Even after the first session, I saw a huge difference - I never shaved in between sessions, except to remove the little bits of hair the day before as recommended. They use high-end medical grade equipment and it works! It is worth the investment, don't think twice if you want to be hair free. I can't wait for the summer :) Thank you to Wasan for being so great, and wonderful for all my treatments! Thank you to HWM Spa!

Terrible customer service. They asked me on four separate occasions to move the time of my appointment and I always gave in to make it easier for them but when I needed accommodations for my last facial they couldn’t care less, they got my money already, no apology no refund. Just a shrug and oh well. Didn’t even get my last treatment out of the package I bought. There was an appointment where the technician was even 15 minutes late to attend to me and there was no talk of a refund or extended care, my facial was cut short. And the facility is very amateur. Would not recommend going, this spa is a joke.

I just had an appointment with Wasan today for microdermabrasion and deep cleansing facial. Skin is the most delicate thing and I was always hesitant to trust anybody with facials.. Wasan did a great job and she was very nice. Service here was excellent from when I stepped in the door. I did a groupon purchase first to check it out and I did not make a mistake on that :) I would recommend to friends and family.

Clean space with a gem of a receptionist, Alina is a beautiful soul that really makes your day. I had a few microdermabrasions done and the first time I was impressed but after that I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth. Price point is high which is fine if you’re getting the full facial experience but in this case I wasn’t. Average is usually an hour for facials but I was finished within 40 minutes (in and out). While my mask was on, there was no facial massage or drainage which should be included (pet peeve is to have a mask on while nothing else is happening). After treatments, dead skin has been removed but no spf was applied or enough serums/moisturizer to keep my skin hydrated. Instead when I get home my skin feels tight and need to slather products to stay hydrated. I mentioned my concerns with how fast treatments are but was told by the aesthetician that she knows what she’s doing and that’s how she works but again I’m looking for the full facial experience (as shown on their ig) especially at $200+ a treatment. During my final 2 treatments I felt pressured to purchase products which made me uncomfortable. Perhaps they’re on commission but when a client says no, kindly leave it at that. I would like to return as they are knowledgeable but at this price point and subpar experience, unfortunately I won’t be.
