I love the products, unfortunately I find the staff/customer service hit or miss.Sometimes the staff members are very nice and helpful, but some women working there are very rude and make me feel uncomfortable.I am a First Nation person, I’m not sure if it’s a race issue but I will be going to a different health food stores.

I had a list of supplements I needed, they had nothing in stock, and these are common. No one had any answers for me when I asked if there was something else I could take instead. They just walked away...so i wont be back supporting their store. I'll go to the bigger branded ones.
