I was a first time customer and will now become a repeat customer in the future. My son recommended this place and I was happy that he did. I had to get a new ignition, AC repair done on our Dodge Grand Caravan and they did a great job. They kept me in the loop the entire time and gave me some options as we went on this adventure. For me Customer service is everything these days and they know what they are doing. Thanks.

This is the only auto repair shop in Barrie I trust with my business. They are extremely knowledgeable, do the job right the first time and their rates are very reasonable. They treat you like family here, and give other techs a good name. 5/5, highly recommend this shop.

Thank you to Jay/Jason and the staff for fitting me in and helping me get on my way. I was stranded in Barrie the night before and had to get my truck towed. Not living around here, it was going to be a small fortune to tow it all the way home so Northtown came through with being able to fix my transmission lines first thing in the morning when we contacted them so I could get home safely and quickly. Customer service was amazing! They were upfront and honest about what my truck needed and prices were very reasonable. So grateful to the staff for helping me out! Wish we lived closer to use their services regularly☺️ Highly recommend them.

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Their prices are affordable, cost just shy of $40 to have a tire patched(about $30 cheaper than all the surrounding shops). Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
