The new facility is now complete. This is an amazing addition to the Geordie Howe facilities. Lots of parking and space to put on your skates.

Lovely place to go for a skate. Capacity is limited, masks are required, and chairs in the warmup shack are well spaced. Felt very safe visiting.

This is an excellent facility for Track and Field practice and competitions. Shot put discus, javelin, jump pits along with a great rubberized track and plenty of arena style seating. There is also a nice green space to sit on with sone picnic tables along the short side of the track. A little concession with coffee and snacks and when events are you you may see food trucks setting up for the afternoon. Washrooms and grounds are wheelchair accessible.

Best place in the city to go skating. Large bootroom to store your stuff and washrooms to use. It's beautifully surrounded by big pine trees, which also helps on those windy days.

The ice here is immaculate! It's like skating on glass. Nice place to go with the family or just on your own with a set of earbuds in to relax with a few laps around the track. A beautiful setting surrounded by trees all the way around. There is a nice building to warm up in and put your skates on that also has a coffee and vending machine for snacks. Visiting skaters do have to share the track with the training speed skaters at times, but there are separate lanes for each so there is no interference from either group. Can't wait to get back here with the family!
