I bought 3000 dollars worth of insulation and resilient channel. The delivery guys were instructed to park on driveway. They decided to drive across my brand new sod. This will cost me thousands of dollars to fix and alberta drywall is not getting back to me on my calls. They were quick to charge my credit card but customer service does not exist.I was going to place a $4000 drywall order but i will be looking elsewhere. If they would have helped me out things would have been different. Smarten up guys and learn how to take accountability for your actions and quit dodging me.They also bent a bunch of the resilient channel that i bought as well which will make it annoying when putting it in if i can even install it. These guys dont care at all.Update, 5 of the bags were soaking wet and smelled like a barn. They were unusuable as well as many other bundles were compramised and wouldnt stay in the joist spaces. I think they were wet at one point as well.Save yourself alot of trouble and go to ADSS
