I had Pro-West complete the wiring for our new hot tub. Henry worked with me to come up with a practical approach and his team were very professional and provided a detailed explanation as to what was completed so that I was ready for the hot tub install. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent to deal with. I had a hot tub installed by another company who then stopped talking to me when i needed to get it permitted. Pro West answered my call in minutes and then met me at the house to review what needed to be done. They completed the work a day later, and it was super affordable as well.HIGHLY recommended

Henry from Pro West Electrical spent a lot of time working with me and my wife to understand just exactly what we needed for a hot tub installation. He found a way to work within our budget while not skimping on materials was quick to respond and not only on time but even a little early… when does that happen. The installation is very clean and professional and if we have any future electrical needs, Pro West will be my first call.

Worked with Henry at Pro West Electrical to organize the electrical for my new hot tub. Had the builder rough in the electrical to the panel and not provide the correct cut off. Matt was the installer and did an amazing job.They were both super responsive and helpful. They were able to work with the what the builder provided and make it right!I will also be getting them to upgrade our house from 100 to 125 amp service.I cannot say enough good things about Pro West Electrical. Choose them for all your electrical needs and work. I know I will!

Hank did our electrical work for the hot tub that we bought from World of spas. He was awesome, he saved us money on the install and had the best price by far. He was very professional and easy to get a hold of during the whole process. He installed the sub panel prior and just had a quick final hook up once the tub was delivered. I would highly recommend.

Had Henry come out to look at what needed to be done for a hot tub install. He was very thorough and gave me options to choose from. He helped with communicating to Fortis and the County. Mathew came out to do the work and he was extremely friendly, did a great job and even gave my dogs treats at the end of the day. Thank you guys for being a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with electrical issues.

We contacted Henry at Pro West Electrical to carry out the electrical work needed for our hot tub installation. From the start Henry was very informative and helpful and responsive to our enquires. Mathew carried out the work and we couldn’t fault him, he was on time, and was tidy and meticulous in every aspect of the job. Highly recommended!
