Great service and competitive price.I called about getting a cracked window replaced, Kevin came by later that day to take measurements, and the following week the new window was ready. We had a break-in and needed the window boarded up. I called and within the hour they sent someone who was extremely professional. They did an amazing job. We were worried about our wooden window frame being damaged but the guy they sent managed to do an amazing job by placing the board where the window would sit and even putting back the stoppers. He was meticulous and after finishing he cleaned all the shattered glass from the area. We were extremely happy. You never know what you find in an emergency when you are frantically googling for a service, so I am so happy we found Global Glass.

They did a great job replacing a window panel in our bow window that was cracked. I had gotten a couple of quotes and one company came and said it would cost twice as much as they quoted. Global Glass and Aluminum provided a quote and the price I paid was exactly as quoted. They did state it would take 5-10 days to get the glass replaced, but it took close to a month, so deducted one star for that as I had to follow up with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to get glass replaced.

I just had an excellent experience with Kevin and the Global Glass and Aluminum team. We had a cracked double-pane window that needed replacing and after calling a few places, Global Glass not only came back with the best price, but they were extremely quick in doing so. They visited twice, first for the formal inspection and then for the repair, and both times they were punctual, courteous, efficient, and also COVID friendly. If I'm in need of future glass repairs, I'll definitely be checking out Global Glass first.

We recently had the glass replaced in one of our windows. The whole process was so straightforward and easy. On the day I called to inquire, they sent a technician to measure the window. A few weeks later, we have a window that looks brand new. The technician who installed the glass was very professional and neat. We are thinking of having more work done in the near future and will definitely be contacting Global Glass and Aluminum again. Great Experience.

There was an incident at my shop, late night, I needed someone to come and secure my place. Global glass came and did a really good job with a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to everyone. Most of the businesses in this market don’t offer 24/7 service, but these guys did!!

My grand dad had to replace some of his glasses at home due to fogginess. I called many companies and mostly they offer to change the whole window which is a lot more costly. Global glass came and changed the glasses only with a really reasonable price. They were really on time and I really like the service we got from them.
