Beyond Fetch

We could not have asked for a better experience with Beyond Fetch! Crystal stayed at our house for a week while we were on vacation. Crystal was quick to respond to our original inquiry and was very professional right from the beginning. She scheduled a meet and greet before we went on holidays, where Crystal went over every detail about our dogs and our home. We knew right away Crystal had a love and passion for dogs that you don't find with big companies. While we were away, Crystal sent us daily picture and video updates. She made sure our dogs were taken care of around the clock: administered their medication, groomed them, played with them, walked them, shared her bed with them (which they loved!), and even provided additional training for our puppy! Crystal also took immaculate care of our house. We came home to a house that was cleaner than how we left it, and her considerate extra touches meant so much to us. Crystal even printed and framed a photo she took of our dogs during her stay as a 'welcome home' gift for us. Thank you Crystal for loving and caring for our dogs, and for giving them a vacation at home" while we were away! She truly cared for the dogs like they are her own. We would highly recommend Crystal and her team at Beyond Fetch!We planned a last minute getaway and our usual pet care (friends) were unavailable. Our dog is 9 and has never been to a kennel so fortunately saw a few recommendations on social media and contacted Crystal.She is incredibly responsive and quickly helped coordinate the details of the overnights we needed and even teed up coverage between herself and Elly for the week we were gone.She came for a meet and greet a week before our departure and it was clear she is the definition of an animal lover!The app is really neat and we loved that we were able to fill in each animal's details/medical needs/items to watch for individually.While we were away we received picture updates and a report card" from Crystal and Elly detailing their time with our fur babies. It was clear in the report cards that both animals were very comfortable and continuing with their regular routines and enjoying themselves.We returned to our house in the same/better condition than we left it with all linens cleaned and bed re-made

Crystal is phenomenal! Both of our dogs were immediately comfortable with her, and she understands their individual needs so well. They love their playtime!Crystal is punctual, professional, and great with our dogs. She gives wonderful reports after each session outlining how it went, and she takes really lovely photos of the dogs as well.

Beyond Fetch is an absolutely awesome pet care service! I have a very young puppy so I have to be picky about care - I need someone who knows puppies will set proper boundaries. Crystal not only cares for my puppy, she helps with behaviour and training.Also - I love the app! Its so convenient to schedule services, and at the end of the service, Crystal sends a lengthy report card" of everything that happened with tons of pictures. I really only have wonderful things to say about Beyond Fetch. Highly recommend!"

The Beyond Fetch team is amazing! Very reliable.We took a week long trip and needed someone to take care of our cat. We have a strict meal plan due to his bad eating habit, and our boy could be quite 'needy' and noisy; when no friends were able to help, we were lucky to find Beyong Fetch... and most importantly, they provided exactly what we need! They fed our boy on time, followed my overly detailed instructions (haha), and proactively play with him just as if he's their own kid :) We receive reports and photos everyday and those are what we really look forward to during the trip. Our baby was very comfortable with the team; from the photos we could tell that he's relax and happy. He was definitely excited about having someone to talk to!
