Used to have a good car wash and now it is terrible. Took my car just today and it barely looks any different after the wash. You call and get told to wait until Monday so you can speak to a supervisor. Poor customer service!

Extremely poor customer service!If you call them they just say sorry! They send you an email to be in touch with their technical team but nothing will happen afterward. In fact, we are a group of friends sharing the carwash pass. The only reason we chose Shell was the app to avoid using the physical card while Petro-Canada has a better deal. Recently they updated the app and it is not working anymore! We have been facing lots of error after the recent update and we missed many washes.They also have frequent repairs without any prior notices. If you complain about it, they just say it has been written at the back of the card!

Got about 1/3 of my gas from this station and used the car wash during winters for over a dozen times and had no issue. However, after today's wash, hundreds of tiny spotty stains, spread around the centreline of the vehicle, front to back, were more than noticeable, most likely due to excessive coating/insufficient rinse during the clear coat process of their Ultimate wash. Talked to attendant but she stated it's not dirty enough for their standard so cannot issue a rewash. Disappointed.

I was upsold on a carwash here to buy a cars with 10 washes . I said no, because I won't use them all. The guy said they never expire, so there's no reason not to, so I bought it. I confirmed several times to make sure and he insisted.Just tried using the card and he said it expired. Total waste of 60 bucks, and now they don't want to give me anything in return even though they can see the car washes were paid for and never used. The guy here today said to call she'll and give me a number. So I called and they are closed.Very irritating. Lesson learned. I'll make sure I don't come back for more.

No longer 24/7 as most services are closed including convenience store.Car wash is frequently closed which is inconvenient and waste of time.Car wash does not work properly often and not kept on good repair despite being informed, advised and even after complaints.Customer service is quite poor.Apparently they close or shutdown after 10 or 11pm while advertising 24/7.Gas is overpriced and you get the bonus of hassles and inconvenience.

My go-to car wash station. The attendants are helpful and have resolved all the concerns I had promptly. I have a subscription so I’m here at least twice a week here. Never faced any issues with the car wash. Does what it is supposed to do.

Their car wash was good. But last 5 months it's not working properly, especially the high pressure wash. Complained many times but they haven't fixed it yet.

I used to love their car wash, virtually no wait. But now shell steals one from petro Canada's play book, season pass. Their car wash becomes very crowded. Always a long wait during the day.

Waited a very long time for a car wash. Followed instructions exactly. Instructions said to honk if the equipment didn't start, so that's what I did when it didn't start.No one answered my honks so I was forced to drive through and see the attendant. She told me I could not have a refund because I had already gone through even though the wash never ran and my car was still dirty!The only option she would give me was to go to the back of the line and wait again which I will not be doing. In fact, I will never go there again.
