Repair Centre

I came to the Repair Centre with a broken earring that I was hoping to get fixed. The staff member who saw me kindly looked at it immediately and fixed it on the spot! He explained that it was such a minor fix that he felt bad for charging me and insisted that I didn't pay for it, despite my offer to do so otherwise. I was really touched by his warm and generous service and also very satisfied with my now fixed earring! I will highly recommend Repair Centre to my friends and family and will continue to go there from now on for all of my repair needs. Thank you Repair Centre :)

Awful service - doesn't open ant posted times and wanted to charge me $80 for 3 lines of engraving on an $8 AA Medallion. When I told him I could get it for a fraction of that he all but called me a liar. I will never deal with this fellow again.

Went in for a battery change unsure what to expect (this is my first nice watch) and repairman was really nice, fixed it in under 5 and gave a great deal. 10/10 will go again

I live in the neighbourhood and stopped in with my Citizen Eco drive watch that had stopped keeping accurate time. I knew it wasn't the battery. Brought my watch in and the owner knew exactly what the problem was with my brand of watch. He ordered the part and had it repaired in a week. Working like new now! Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service. The owner even helped me in and out of the shop with my stroller!

One of the arms broke off my Tortoise shell coloured Ray Ban Sunglasses.He said he could repair them and we agreed on a price to repair them.When he called to say they where ready, I drove to his store to pick them up.The Ray Ban Sunglasses he gave back to me where BLACK,not the Tortoise shell coloured ones that had polarized lenses.He proceeds to tell me that these BLACK Ray Bans, where the one'sI brought in.He also told me to go home and check to make sure I did not have them at home.Had those Tortoise Shell Ray Ban's for 10 years.The Repair Center is a TOTAL RIP OFF, he is not trustworthy and dishonest.Take you business somewhere else.I find it interesting, that he was unable to provide a photo of the Ray Ban sunglasses when I was in his store and now he post that he has one.Especially, after I posted this review.

Following a poor experience with a watch shop in the Eaton Center (taking 2 months to replace a battery and still still not working) I came here. It took less than 10 minutes to replace the battery and now my omega is back to ticking! Highly recommend!

Stay away from this place! I brought my Burberry watch in a few months ago as the strap had popped off.When I came back, there was a strange glue on the band, there were sharp edges and the band wasn't even put on properly (it didn't go on the same way anymore).When I told him about the sharp edge, he SANDED down which damaged the leather strap. I love the watch dearly and continue to wear it, but now where he's sanded it continues to get more and more damaged. I also remember the pricing being ridiculous (although I accept fault for not asking first).And worst of all, Burberry doesn't make watches anymore so I can't even replace the strap.I'm now in need of replacing another watch battery - but despite this being close to home, I'm going to go out of my way to avoid this place.Do yourself a favour (especially if you value your posessions), stay away!!! I basically paid this guy to ruin my watch and would hate for the same to happen to anyone else.

Adjusted my watch band three separate times because I couldn't decide on how tight a fit I wanted. Only charged me for one adjustment. Also, painted the hands of another watch I wanted all black. Did a great job. Picked up next day. Fair prices. You can tell he's been doing this for 20+ years. A real pro.

Leo is a very knowledgeable jeweller who helped me out. He has fair prices and helped me find an affordable alternative fix for my ring that didn’t fit. He was able to help me with a few other pieces on the spot which I really appreciated. As well, Leo was very friendly and honest with me which you don’t see too often in this industry. Wish I knew about this hidden gem of a store sooner!

I needed to find a new loop to hold down the strap on my watch band. I happened to find this place via Google Maps. The owner quickly assessed what I needed - just a loop and not a whole new band - popped in on, and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Just $5.00. Very satisfied with my experience.
