Small World Day Care Co-Operative

Both of my son's have attended this daycare centre. I've been involved with Small World since 2012. I love the daycare and the director is a very kind and understanding woman. My boys loved attending daycare.

there is so much wrong with this Daycare its un-real. I had a very good friend take her kid there and now her kid basically has PTSD and has more issues then ever. this daycare is unfit and I'm surprised its still running. please parents do yourself a favor and please for your children do not go here. for the amount of money you pay the food there is worse then what a prisoner gets. during the holidays the kids only get canned soup for two weeks straight. the menu hardly follows the recommended diet of kids. The staff there is unreal, if your kid has any issues the staff there cant handle it. don't even get my started on the Director. she is never on the floor and has no clue on what's going on in the center, when you express concerns she doesn't care, she will also talk so rudely too you like your scum to her. the daycare its self if dark and very very out of date. the center smells musty as well, and the out door area isn't taken care of at all. the FORCE children of all ages to nap so the staff doesn't need to take care of them. this daycare is a disgrace and the Director there should be ashamed of it and ashamed of herself.

Just came from here today to enroll my daughter. The director keeps calling my daughter a 'he' (even though I corrected her twice over the phone) & had a attitude when asked about the payment situation as I prepay my babysitters & didnt know when a spot would open plus theres only 2 weeks left of the month so my daughter would only attend 6 days of the remaining month but she wanted the full payment of part time when daily is cheaper for the rest of October then I would gladly paid the full amount for November. Also a worker just glared at me while I was waiting for the owner & I wasn't even acknowledge till I said excuse me loudly then thats when I was serviced. If i could give negative stars I would considering my encounter with the daycare. Why work at a daycare if you're just going to be grouchy when parents are susposed to feel safe leaving their child(ren) in your care.
