Bratin Auto Muffler Limited

Went in for the first time today. Super helpful and friendly. Told me how long it would be to get my flat fixed and I waited as I needed to get going. Time estimate was bang on. Definitely be going here for car service in the future.

I used to go to Canadian Tire for oil changes but I had a terrible experience where it took forever, so I decided to switch things up. I knew about Bratin through a mechanic, Chris, and have been very happy ever since. It's so easy to just drop off the vehicle overnight and pick it up the next day when it's done and the price is really competitive as well. Would highly recommend!

This is my first time coming to this . Special place. I was on my way to home, all of sudden engine light is on which panicked me so luckily I got “ Bratin Auto Muffler “ near by as soon as i went there the receptionist are soo quick and responsive. I explained my problem they let the mechanic check right away I was just thinking its because of oil low but they let me know the acutal reason. They fixed the issue very quick. Frankly speaking I thought it gonna take whole day but they fixed it very fast and the quality of the work as well too good. Special thanks to the owner for takling care of my car very well. I will definitely go only to this place and would recommend everyone to go there. I felt like they gave me a brand new car. Thanks to entire Team

I used Bratin in the past because they were always so down to earth with my Mother who like me, knows very little about cars. Recently, in an attempt to purchase a used vehicle from a close family friend, I brought the car over and asked Bratin to have a look for me, explaining how I had limited money for repairs and would not want the vehicle if I couldn't manage what needed to be replace. THE GUYS HAND BOMBED the car into the shop for me, literally pushed it in to give it a look over before replacing any of the dead electrical parts (which would have cost me over a grand). In the end they determined the car needed a lot of work and recommended I not put it on the road, so I opted to have it scrapped. I only had to pay Bratin a small fee for their inspection. This company is reliable and trustworthy and incredibly patient with people like myself who don't know much in the auto realm.

Have been going to Bratin for years, with both work & leisure vehicles - always able to get me in quickly, work done promptly and efficiently. Reasonable pricing, and they’re honest, not just out to get the sale. Highly recommend.

Had tires changed from winter to summer.Hubcaps don't fit on the rims,however, they were forced on,making the car not possible to drive.Drove 45 mins to get the car.Called and complained, head mechanic didn't seem to care,no compensation for my inconvenience.Went back to get the car a second time,and they forgot to leave the keys in the car.Will never use them ever again.

Needed new front brakes on my Mazda on a Friday at noon. This was the only garage in town willing to look at the car that day. The car was ready just after 4pm. Staff is super friendly! They even followed up on Monday to see how things were! I am very grateful to have found them and would definitely recommend their services. Thanks for helping me out!- Kevin

These people always go well above and beyond. The jobs are always done right and I have never been overcharged, unlike some other places I have been. Highly recommended!Again all my encounters have been more than positive. More than fair and the job is always, always done properly.
